PBN - Premium Body Nutrition Whey Protein Powder 1kg Chocolate Peanut

I think its hard to judge the 'effectiveness' of these protein shakes because you never really know if any 'gains' are down to the shake, or your diet & exercise. I tend to, therefore, base any review on consistency & taste and just hope / presume they are having a positive effect on me physically. This mixed great, no lumps at all using a normal shaker. In terms of taste, I use milk and it tastes very good. A bit sickly, but thats probably to be expected with a chocolate & peanut butter taste. Taste is nice though, and actually enjoyable as opposed to others that you have to wash down with another drink. Would recommend, especially at this price point.

Product is good for this price range. Taste is very good, i saw no sugar in many comments before i buy it but actually it is very sugary compared to On whey,Muscle blaze etc. Although taste wise i liked the flavor of this one more. Mixebility is also very good, felt little bloating. Overall good product result is also good.

This is possibly the cheapest protein on the market. Tastes great, only 120 calories, the right type of protein. So ticks all the boxes. Note that you can’t whisk it by hand and it will taste disgusting if you do - you need to use an electric hand blender or a normal blender to make it correctly.

Does the job and is affordable compared to other protein powders. I've tried a few of the PNB flavours and this one so far is my least favourite. It's very sweet and doesn't really taste like chocolate peanut butter. The seal on the bag is absolute trash but that's not the end of the world, I just put it inside a bigger zip lock bag.

Considering this is called chocolate peanut, I don’t think I have ever tasted anything resembling that description. Upon opening the packaging, I could only describe the smell as the remnants of an old persons ashes mixed with cocoa powder well past in use by date. However, I thought smells could be deceiving (how naive I was) and tried it out. The taste was worse than the smell. The closest thing I think it would be comparable to is if you found an old piece of chocolate in a wet raincoat which has been slept on by a wet dog over the course of several years, then eating it. I bought the vanilla version which is better, but think there are far better protein powders on the market and with higher protein. My hack to make sure I at least use what I paid for is mixing cinnamon powder in with it, which does make it slightly more palatable.

Really comes in handy when I need to up my protein intake. Tastes good too

Les avis précédents indiquaient que le goût était chimique et horrible. J'ai acheté ce produit et remarqué la mention "New Improved Flavour" sur le paquet (non présent sur les photos précédentes), et en effet le goût est ok, voire agréable avec un peu de sucre. Quant à la solubilité, je la trouve bonne ! N'ayant pas de shaker, je préfère battre dans un petit saladier et de répartir des doses en avance (que je stocke dans le frigo pour l'été). Bien sûr, le gros point fort est le prix au kilo. Au lieu de 30€ pour 750g (avec parfois des doses allant à 30g chacune), ici c'est 15€ pour 1000g, assurant donc une prise de masse sur le long terme pour les petits budgets. Excellent produit par ailleurs pour ceux qui doivent combattre une carence en protéines mais qui ne peuvent se permettre d'acheter des viandes ou du poisson et qui ont en général du mal à manger en quantité suffisante. En espérant que les stocks seront de nouveau prêts, car je compte bien en prendre pendant quelques mois.

Première fois que je commande ce produit et de cette marque Probablement l'un des meilleurs qualité-prix dans l'immense gamme proteinée de whey! Niveau composition on est pas mal du tout, fort apport de protéines pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas en consommer suffisamment dans le cadre d'une prise de masse. J'en prends un shaker après chaque scéance, 1 dose pour 200ml de lait pour ma part. J'ai pris ce goût par défaut car chocolat n'était plus disponible.... Alors pour faire simple, avec de l'eau il vous faudra autant de courage pour le boire que pour 10 séries de pompes... Très sucré (trop pour moi), mais le goût en soit n'est pas mal du tout! La poudre se mélange bien dans l'ensemble même si quelques grumeaux subsistent chaque fois même en shakant comme une brute, mais pour le prix encore une fois, c'est tout à fait correct! Vu le prix j'avais un peu peur. Franchement aucun intérêt d'allez acheter des whey 2/3 fois plus chers celle là fais le taff parfaitement. Ceux qui arrive pas a la mélanger acheté vous un mixeur je sais pas faites un effort.
