Musician's Chair Hunter Green

I've always wanted a glider with no arms (they interfere with how I like to sit), so I really wanted to like this chair. It seemed very high quality and the gliding motion was nice and smooth, but the color was a dark grayish pine green, not at all the lovely jewel tone green in the picture here on Amazon. The chair was also larger than other gliders I've had-- I suppose it's made with a man in mind while my others were primarily for women. The real problem for me was that the back is straight up, no leaning back at all. I thought I wouldn't mind that since I like to sit up pretty straight; my car seat is always on the straightest setting. But I'd never tried a real 90-degree angle before, and I couldn't be comfortable with it at all. I kept feeling like I was sliding off the chair. The company (Woodwind and Brasswind) had good customer service and they cheerfully accepted a return, though I was out the shipping price and the return shipping. I guess furniture is something better bought in person.

Nice chair, easy to put together (4 screws) and arrived very quickly. The chair in the picture is an exact match of the glider chair with arms that I have at home. Unfortunately, the color is actually a very light green and does not match the picture which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Also, it would be nice if they had a matching ottoman to go with it.
