I read the reviews before I received it, and was aware there might not be instructions coming with it. When I opened it, I was able to set it up without difficulty, using the instructions on the product page here - but then I started dismantling the box, and lo and behold, the instruction manual was sitting at the bottom underneath the packaging! So don't worry, they come with it :)As product, I really love it - I set it up straight away, it was simple to do, and the way you work it is also really easy. It looks amazing too, slightly bigger than I thought it would be (which is my fault for not properly checking the dimensions)Overall, really lovely product that looks great whether it's on or not!

When I first got this it looked great but the water spits out leaving surrounding area wet and know the buttons are a bit hit and miss, the light button has stopped complety so there's no light from it, the timer button is on its way out too so it's only a matter of time before it becomes complety useless, thanks CHINA

Does what it should, and does it well. I was lucky to read most reviews to know that the "spoon" in the package that goes completely unmentioned in the instructions actually has its purpose inside the diffuser and turns the diffuser into a waterfall without it. This should really be added in the guide, as a friend of mine, who ordered the same diffuser, ended up throwing the spoon away without knowing what it was for and now has everything covered in water 30 min after the diffuser turns on. Also I've realized what's not mentioned in the instructions is that if you want to pause a certain colour from the first light mode, you just have to press the light button once after starting the first light mode. That gives you access to many more colors than the basic selection.

🙄 nowhere, did the instructions or the selling page, have any info about the spoon like object, which I now know, purely due to other people's reviews, is the 'baffle', and serves a very important function!I followed all the instructions, and was a little baffled as to what the baffle was, but figured it wasn't especially important, as there was no mention of it.Switched the unit on, it all worked lovely. It's very pretty, and the lights change through from very subtle to darker colours, and you can stop it at any point in the cycle. There was plenty of aroma coming through, and I was very pleased with my purchase.However, later when I checked back, there was a puddle on the top of the unit, the surface it was stood on was wet, and when I opened it up, all of the surfaces of the unit were wet!Now that other reviews have given me an insight into the baffle, I have it running again, and straight away, I can see a marked difference in the volume of mist being issued. Fingers crossed there is no more pudding and dripping now.So...The spoon like object, aka the baffle, slots upright, into a small groove/slot, in the base of the water tank.Happy misting folks 👍.

Great diffuser. Large cappacity and the colours look great. Comes with something that looks like a spoon , if you dont put it in the slot properly then water will leak out but once in it is fine.

Unfortunately this product lasted just over a month before it broke. It does not switch on anymore and since it is beyond the months return policy I Can't contact Salkin for a replacement!Disappointed and waste of cash on this occasion

I ordered this for my beauty therapy room I work in, I loved it and not only does it look amazing the aroma and mist it provides is brilliant.After using it for a few weeks the light stopped working, but the filter and mist worked but now that has stopped working too?I can’t seem to be able to contact the seller would have given it 5 stars

Absolutely amazing! Was skeptical due to the bad reviews however this diffuser is not only gorgeous its just amazing and simple to use. No issues with it whatsoever and great price and size too! Buy it
