Kai 5100 4-inch Needlecraft Scissor

These are very well made, very sharp scissors. Perfect for sewing and needlework.

Very sharp all the way to the tips. Easy to handle and manipulate, even with arthritic hands. Just the right weight. Good value. Bought other sizes as well.

These are perfect little scissors. I had to tighten the screw a tiny bit when it came, but since then it's been my go-to pair for small work.

Very well made scissors

Kai scissors are just amazing – so sharp and precise with such a smooth cutting action. I don't use these for needlepoint but I do use them for anything I need to cut very precisely. I tend to use them more than my rotary cutter when I'm working with latex sheeting for garment repairs and construction. Normal scissors would make a mess of trying to cut latex but these just slice right on through, which makes quick editing cuts much less hassle.

The scissors arrived sooner than expected. The scissor blade is very small, but are perfect size and sharp for thread snipping and clipping seams on curves. I recommend these scissors.

I got these to cut fur, as they can cut the backing without sinking in to cut all the fur. Nice size, with the finger holes where a touch bigger to make cutting long things more comfortable. They are tiny and easy to cut and carry. They have a straight tip.
