It really helps to heal the reflux, after 2 weeks I found it as a miracle. I take it before bedtime.

I bought this for my dad, he loves it! He's using it for acid reflux and he mentioned that it helps a lot. We bought it from other brands before and this one is the best he tried.

Tastes as expected, rather grainy but tastes ok. It's rather expensive but it's organic and therefore clean and I'm hopeful it will assist with helping my oesophagitis and help digestion. It's easy to mix into a paste and gradually add hot water for a tea in the evening. Time will tell

This product really does make the required thick paste with a little hot water which is what you want with slippery elm. That’s because it is the inner bark. I’ve tried other brands sold on Amazon which didn’t do this and clearly using outer bark which is useless for medicinal soothing effect to coat lining of stomach to heal inflammation. Glad I finally found a trustworthy product to assist the healing of my gastritis.
