Seller puts incorrect information
I received it steamer just recently and I was trying to use it and it says on the all labeling it’s for 120v sockets. Which here in UAE and all Europe socket power is 240v ~220v . This will not work on the higher voltage. On the website seller mentioned in the description of the item that it is 100240v which means is not 120v . Makes no sense to sell something that person cannot use.Description of the product always must be correct !

Really Scam number one
The Seller didn’t say it works only in 120v, I can't use it with 220V. He gave wrong answer to customer on April 7, 21: Question: Is it works in 220VAnswer: Hello, yes it works with 220v.The seller really hides right information regarding power of Steam Mop, because it is not suitable for all countries. I have to return it.

Defective, never turned on, only overheated
I ordered this product following positive reviews however upon plugging in the steam mop, the light flashed only for a few seconds before going out and the mop never turned back on but rather got incredibly hot by the button controls
