This product really heals, nicely moisturizes skin and actually protects the hydrolipid barrier. A very rich cream, oily and thick, but pleasant and does not have a heavy feeling. Absorbs well. I use it for night.

Great cream when you have redness over your skin with little pimples that appear especially after wearing a mask! This cream really reduced the redness and the tiny pimples calming my skin! It’s not too greasy or too dry, it has the right amount of moisturizing effect too on my mildly moderate dry skin!

The fragance is a bit strong. It cannot be mixed with anything else.

Siento que es una crema humectante perfecta para comprar sin miedo porque no es comedogénica. Ya la analicé en una app y no tiene los alcoholes y sustancias que tapan los poros. Tengo piel mixta con rosácea leve y las ceramidas de esta crema ayudan a recuperar la barrera de la piel dañada. Se siente calmante y absorbe rápido. El tubo es práctico hasta para tener en la bolsa. Se puede usar en rutina am y pm. Mis hijas con algunos brotes de acné la usan en sus rutinas cada x día. No sé cómo dieron con ella pero cuando tuve una crisis de no saber qué ponerme la probé y de inmediato la adquirí. Fue un alivio en medio de tantas opciones que hay en el mercado del KB. No sé si es el santo grial pero de verdad es una chulada. La uso hasta el cuello y me amanece la piel muy padre. OJO yo ya no compro KB en Amazon por los productos pirata pero esta crema de cosrx de este proveedor si es original. Y son los únicos que la tienen pronto y a precio promedio.

Questa crema si è rivelata un’ottima scoperta: protegge efficacemente la pelle dalle intemperie, in particolare dal freddo intenso e dal vento. È ideale anche come base trucco, perché si assorbe rapidamente senza lasciare la pelle lucida. In ambienti molto caldi e chiusi può risultare leggermente più ricca del necessario, ma nel complesso resta confortevole. La profumazione è delicata e davvero piacevole, una vera coccola quotidiana. I’ve bought the Cosrx Balancium Comfort Ceramide Cream four times now, and I have no plans to stop! It’s truly the perfect moisturizer for my skin, no matter the season. Whether it’s winter dryness or summer humidity, this cream keeps my skin balanced, hydrated, and calm. It layers beautifully under makeup—no pilling, no greasy feeling, just smooth, healthy-looking skin. The texture is rich but never heavy, and my skin always feels soothed after applying it. I’ve tried so many moisturizers, but this is the one I always come back to. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-balanced moisturizer, this is it!

To combat acne, I use 0.1% tretinoin, and I alternate between salicylic acid (1%) and benzoyl peroxide (2.5%) face washes. (My derm said both were okay, since they were wash off products.) However, I noticed when I put on a regular, light weight moisturizer, my skin would sting a lot. I found out that this was because my skin barrier was damaged. I wear sunscreen, and don’t use any harsh chemical products, so I knew it was most likely due to my skin being too dry from my regular skincare routine. I figured my usual moisturizer wasn’t heavy enough to keep my skin hydrated. So I borrowed some of my boyfriends eczema cream from La Rochay Posay. It worked wonderfully, but I didn’t want to drop 15$ on a bottle for myself, so I looked for a cheaper alternative. When I bought it, this cream was cheaper (8$, what a steal!) Although it’s since gone back to its regular price (14$) I love this product not only because it helped me repair my skin barrier, and keep my face hydrated, but also because I love the texture. It’s actually less like a cream, and more like a jelly. The consistency is a little bit similar to petroleum jelly, although not quite as “wet” as petroleum tends to be. And it glides on so smoothly. I only needed a pea-sized amount for my face. Once a day on most days, sometimes twice a day if my skin was super dry and irritated. Not to mention, the scent is a pleasant herbal smell. (No fragrance added tho!) I’ve also had no problems with it causing breakouts at all, despite the “heavy” consistency. Despite the price similarities, I would say I prefer this over the La Rochay Posay eczema cream, although both are great, high quality products.
