It's difficult to review a supplement within days of buying it, simply because one can't see or gauge impact in this short period. I'm also opposed to unnecessary use of paper and packaging at the cost of trees, which is now a red issue for Earthizens. So I'd ask HealthyHey to remove their thick paper inserts, put that info on the product page, and reduce the inflated cost of the product. As a student of orthomolecular medicine, the reason I'm giving this 5 stars is that I've noticed pain in my trigger finger go down significantly within a week of adding B6. That's very significant. It says this B6 is working at this dosage.

It definitely works, i have seen the results. But! the coating is so sticky when it gets wet, it sticks in my neck for so long! I have to drink SO MUCH WATER TO MAKE IT GO DOWN MY THROAT AAAHHHHH! this is the main reason why i hate this so much 👎👎👎👎 not recommended. Buy from another brand.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The dose of pyridoxine should be 50 - 100 mg for the effect to be observed. Here the dose is just 1.9 mg which is too less to elicite any noticeable action in your system.
