Don’t get hooked
Item broke on first use! I don’t recommend. I tried a pull-up and was hit in the head after the hook snapped off the wrist band and struck me. First and last time using this one!!

Love these! So much better than straps. They allow you to lift heavier weight that you may normally have trouble with due to grip strength. One of the reasons I got these was because I felt like my forearms were bulking up too much due to constantly gripping heavier weights. It was suggested to me by a trainer that I get these, which have allowed me to continue lifting the heavier weights, but not worry about painful grip and building up my forearms.
