For the price, this is an excellent helmet. It's comfortable and seals pretty good. It has good noise reduction and is not to heavy. The venting system doesn't seem to work to well, but hey, it's an affordable product and will still serve you well. It fits really well and is nice and snug, but not too snug. It has great looks and the visor is easy to clean and position. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an affordable and dependable helmet while in transition for an upgrade.

I bought this helmet , for use with my Scooter , and had the opportunity to try it out yesterday , 04-10-2015 ! This helmet is well worth the price , I paid !! I think the addition of the open/closeable vents , is a great idea & while you cannot get the visor with tinting , is a pain , I have found the solution , open the visor , all the way , and put on a pair of sunglasses with soft plastic or metal frames , then close visor , now you have tinting , and all without , compromising the integrity , of the visor !!! You should also measure your head , ( I used a sewing yardstick , they are made of cloth ) , before you order , your helmet , I was going to order a small , but got a medium , after I measured , glad I did because it fits very well !! I am one very satisfied customer , Thank You Very Much !!!!

This helmet is probably the best helmet for the price. It runs true to size, a bit tight when going on but fits snugly once in place, breathes well, and has spectacular field of view.However, the helmet is particularly prone to fogging, has a visor that leaks a tiny bit of air (and water I might add), the cheek pads can be a bit annoying if you have a beard, and is as loud as an open face helmet on the freeway.All in all a great helmet for three seasons, great starter helmet, and earplugs are a total necessity. Oh, and only the cheek pads come out so cleaning the internals can be a bit of a pain.

The "Fuel Helmets SH-FF0016 Full Face Helmet, Gloss Black, Large" is the first-ever motorcycle helmet I have ever purchased. As a person who has been wearing this helmet every other day for the past two months, I must say that I am content with the quality.However, the two wind vent located on the top backside of the helmet are not secured solidly. With a single drop, the two air vents became dislocated and no longer affix onto the helmet. Of course, I didn't buy the help for the looks, and I personally did not like the look of the air vents anyway. What matters to me is the interior comfort of the cushions inside the helmet because I wear the helmet for a prolonged period while riding.When you purchase a helmet, SH-FF0016 Full Face Helmet or not, make sure to research about the accumulating cloud of fog during cold weather. You can apply toothpaste, spit (I know, eww, but works), or various anti-fog products.

An okay helmet for the price, it feels a tad tight even though I've always worn a medium sized helmet. The ear cushions inside keep it from rolling and make the helmet secure, but it makes wearing any kind of headset or earbuds impossible, as it pushes them deeper into your ear or pulls them out when you slide the helmet on.The vents don't seem to do anything at all and the visor fogs up in anything under 60 degree weather.All that said, it looks and feels nice and it's one of the cheapest motorcycle helmets I can find.

2 and a half Year Review:I bought this helmet when I got back on a motorcycle in April of 2018. I ride just about every day, and this helmet has been on my head with every single ride. If you are just starting out, or just don't have a ton of cash (like me), this helmet is amazing for the price. It's a little loud on the wind noise front, and doesn't ventilate QUITE as much as I would like. But what can you expect for a helmet under $100? Buy it and be surprised.

I was T bones on my right side from behind by a dodge ram 1500 truck, took me straight down and threw me off the bike sideways. I rolled enough to avoid roadrash and crushed my foot when the bike came down on it. But no broken bones. My head bounced off the pavement many many times and this bad boy took the punishment. It felt more like I was laying down in a fluffy pillow than getting slammed at 50 mph. I highly recommend this helmet. It also has a great fit, excellent ventilation, and is easy to operate the face shield and strap. It looks really bulky but that bulk will be a blessing when your head is bouncing like a pinball on a South Tulsa Road. 92 Caput Gerat Lupinium
