Hi Jessica, thanks for asking ! These glasses are not sleep glasses but blue light protecting classes so they will focus on blocking the wavelengths related to blue light, mostly. Blue light is in the 380 - 500 nm spectrum , 530 nm is where green light sits ( between 500 and 550 actually ) . Our optics will be able to block between 80 to 90 percent of wavelengths between 500 and 550 nm , which can be considered as green light. I hope this helped you and I wish you a great day.

Is my tv screen going to look yellow

Yes! your TV screen will look yellow. But over time you will not notice the yellow after your eyes start adjusting. These are very good lenses that cut out all the blue light from your laptop or PC.
