The griddle is heavy. It does cover 2 burners and should work for my purposes

The size is perfect for a portable butane burner. One can push the half cooked meat or vegetable to the end while cooking the fresh raw meat in the middle where the fire is. Heat retention is very good as the material being cast iron. It is better cooker than the average Korean BBQ restaurant.

This grill does a very good job with steaks, pork chops, chicken but not fish. The fish flakes and breaks apart. The clean up is a bit tedious. I have to use oven cleaner to get all the bits off. Heavy, can use on glass stove tops carefully on an induction use news paper under it to keep the grease to a minimum, and decrease the chance of scratching the glass.

Great addition to both grill & stove. We put this on both the Weber gas grill and the stove indoors. Our stove is a glass top electric model, so we obviously need to be careful moving it around on there, but it works great. Cost effective too.

If you like good sear marks on your chicken, beef, veal, fish, pork, etc, then this is the grill for you. Clean up is very easy. My only complaint is that the drip tray is a little small. One trick to cleaning (learned this from a blog - and the writer was correct) is to use a chop stick to clean out between the "fins" of the grill. A wire brush, like you would use on an outdoor grill helps as well. Quality of the cast Iron is great. As with all indoor grills, make sure you have a good vent-a-hood and make sure to crack a window or door open to help with make-up air (this will help our vent-a-hood draw better.
