Great quality, happy with final result

Interesting product
First time using gelatin sheets so I don't really think I used them correctly but they were definitely interesting trying to make a glaze for a cake

Baking gelatin
The product arrived promptly and in good condition. I have used some sheets and they are easy to use and work well.

Practice makes perfect!
I made Snow globes for cupcakes out of the gelitan sheets. I used a Pinterest app for the Idea and use small ballons to make the globes by covering the ballons with several applications of the gelitan, allowing each application to harden befor doing another application.

Easy to use.
This is the first time I’ve used sheet gelatin. It worked very well in making bavarois.

Very small sheets
Disappounting. Was very surprised upon receiving the product how small the sheets were. Have used other brands and they were much more substantial. Ended up just going to the store to buy powdered gelatin instead and it worked fine at less than half the cost of this. Put a fork next to the unopened package for scale and if you look closely at inside contents can see how small the actual product is.
