This stuff absolutely makes you sweat a significant amount more wherever you place it. The tube makes it super easy to apply without getting it all over your hands. It feels a little sticky but nothing that would make me want to stop using it. Overall, I think it's a pretty good value and I like the quality.

Great workouts!
Love this stuff! Don’t feel like I get quite the workout if I’m not wearing this. I sweat more, my core temp increases, between this and my pre workout, I get one heck of a workout. Goes on smooth and gives that soft glowy look to skin. Best to wash hands with soap immediately after running on to ensure it doesn’t get everywhere.

Works well...worth the investment. Smells good too
I have had some stubborn fat on my flanks and lower belly that just takes a while to melt. This product along with the sweet sweat belt has really helped this area. It increases the blood flow and pulls the water out very well. Keep in mind I'm 16% BF and can see abs ..so this just helps get you over that hump. When I stop using it... I do not lose as fast. I use it daily and things move faster! (Fat melts) water comes out and helps definition too.

Smells really nice and makes you sweat buckets. I split mine in half and used the rest as skin moisturizer cause it works AMAZING on the skin. Completely softened my post-winter chapped lips in one week, no other lipbalm has been able to do that.
