I bought this after finding light reflecting off walls and into my eyes from my normal desk lamp to be rather annoying and often gave me eye fatigue after long hours at my computer. This monitor lamp is amazing and changed that after i installed it. I no longer get eye fatigue! The light settings can be changed from cold light to warm light and 3 brightness settings with the buttons easily in reach on your monitor making it easy to use. The brightest setting on max for both cold and warm light can easily light up a full desk enabling illumination of keyboard and being able to take written notes with plenty of light.ive noticed that when not using a light at all with my monitor in the dark it can be very draining on the eyes but when using the monitor light it helps reduce that a lot and i can be at my computer a lot longer because of the warm light.Id recommend this to anyone who spends a lot of time at their computer to get one of these, the quality is great for the price and i've had mine 10 months and no issues using both a regular monitor and a curved monitor. It has definitely helped a lot with reflection and is great lighting for the desk to the point i don't even need a lamp, i just use the monitor light.

The media could not be loaded. This is without a doubt the best purchase decision I have made in a long time.Granted this is just a lamp it has to be the best and most useful lamp for any PC user not having spacious or adequate lighting.**I have noticed a few comments of people saying that the removable protector gets stuck under the bezel and rips when removed. This is because it’s not been removed correctly.To remove the protector, slowly peal it away but directly across the light (not towards you) to the right. This way it comes off cleanly and leaves no remains. Added a video so you can see**When you get this out the box it already feels of a high build quality. In the box you also get a USB-A to USB-C cable which the C end goes into the lamp, mounting bracket than can be easily adjusted, alan key for adjusting the tightness of the bracket and manual.There are 4 levels of brightness, 4 color tones an on/off switch and auto brightness switch. All of these are selectable by using the touch buttons.You can rotate the light so this does not glare on your screen and the light is 98% on the desk/keyboard.The light is made up of individual LEDs and does not have any defuser coating or cover. To be honest you won’t notice and doesn’t suffer from any shadowing effect like on other cheaper lamps.For my monitor which is a thin bezel 24” Asus, it fits perfectly and doesn’t suffer from any noticeable wobble unless I’m tapping the very ends of the light. I also use a triple monitor setup and after testing I can see no light bleeding across to the other monitors which are angled inwards like a curved display.If your on the fence or looking at other PC lamps then this could be the one for you. I highly recommend this for any gamer or someone who need adequate lighting where your normal lights or lamp are either to bright or not bright enough.

I very much enjoy the light output of this light bar. It's flicker-free, and its colour temperature adjustment means I can use it day and night.However, its controls let it down slightly. Toward the end of the working day (outside of summertime), the night starts to draw in. At this point you'll likely want to reduce the colour temperature of the light in line with the light coming through the window. Unfortunately, somebody decided that a press of the colour temperature button will INCREASE the colour temperature, instead of decreasing it by one step. This means you have to cycle through all four colour temperature settings every time you want to knock it down one notch. When you end up doing this 3 times per day, it means you have to press the button 12 times - 3 times in the morning to get back to high temp, then 9 times in the evening to gradually transition to low temp!It's a small usability issue, but could have so simply been designed with a little thought of how the device would be used.

Apparently Amazon thinks this has something to do with a camera? I've given "Camera quality" a 5 in case it affects the rest of the review.I've used the bar for over 3 weeks now before I write this review. The light bar works very well, perfectly lights my keyboard and desk area without the need for any other illumination or direct lighting. I'm now able to use my keyboard, read a book, make notes, do paperwork at my workstation just from this light. Actually prefer to draw curtains and just keep a consistent light level sometimes.Like most devices, the user manual was so small and basic is was pointless, for understanding fitting and adjusting the light to the monitor, (it comes with 2 adjustment blocks to fit different screen depths).. Trawl through the usual fluff piece YouTube videos to get the detail you need, (it wasn't immediately obvious how you use "adjustment block" in the box or how the allen key is meant to be used).The lighting bar actually comes with 2 adjustment blocks, a smaller and a larger block, the 1st was already attached to the fitting, lightly pull this off, no force is needed and you can then use whichever block fits your monitor best. The allen key? The lighting clamp has a soft rubber grommet/cover on one side, pull this out and you see the grub screw the allen key can tighten (I didn't need to).Happy to give the device 5 stars, it works really well, has a nice build quality, looks good, and not intrusive.Drawbacks? Be prepared to clean your screen first time as it highlights every speck of dust on it!
