These Humbrol acrylics are great. They are easy to apply and deliver a smooth finish with good coverage so a little paint goes a long way. I have found the finish sufficiently good with a brush that I increasingly don't bother with my airbrush, though I suspect these would be exceptional if used with such. I am unsure that adhesion is as good as enamels, but I think that, because I didn't first wash the model's sprues and acrylics being water-based that was my mistake. As mentioned, a little paint goes a long way, especially in these bottles so although not cheap, I consider them good value.

Does its job, great for the price and dries fast.

Not the best unfortunately! I gave it a shake and it still came out a little on the watery side. Not good. Using it would mean doing several coats. I've no time to do this, and I know you don't.

Covers well good colour and metallic look

Humbrol no. 171 Antique Bronze Metallic Acrylic paint. A bit of a strange colour, not very Metallic and the more coats you put on, (I did the recommended amount), the less metallic it was! It's so hard to get a proper Bronze colour!

Le rendu bronze est vraiment réaliste. Je l'ai utilisé sur une maquette en carton avec une couche de gesso.

Goede Acrylverf. Redelijk goede hechting en dekking, die hier en daar over moest worden gedaan. De op oliebasis verf van voorheen was beter maar helaas die bestaat niet meer. Al met al een goed product.
