So I have been struggling with mood issues since my second child's birth (that is almost 4 years ago), particularly linked to my menstrual cycles. I have generally been feeling exhausted and just low energy, no enthusiasm and brain fog. My PMT symptoms have been debilitating. Absolutely FANTASTIC product!!! I have only been taking the Beef Liver capsules for almost 2 weeks and I already feel such a huge difference in my energy and I’m focusing so much better!! It’s amazing & I still can’t believe it! It’s the only thing i have done differently - take these capsules.. I often feel so tired no matter how much sleep I get, but the past 2 weeks of taking the Beef Liver capsules has done wonders for me! I have also only been taking 2 a day as it’s my first time taking them and I will increase. My reason for purchasing is because the Ancestral company come highly recommended by many on Instagram and I’m in the preconception phase to build a healthy, strong baby - I read the article on the Ancestral site for growing a strong healthy baby and I found it very helpful!! Excellent quality product for those that want the benefits of liver but don't actually like the taste. These capsules are super easy to swallow with not aftertaste. 4* only down to cost.

I wanted to wait a while before commenting on this product as I can confidently say that they really work! I had a blood test in October 2020 and my iron level was 10 (my GP said it should be a minimum of 14) and I was feeling the effect of this each month - headaches, fatigue etc. I am menopausal. My doctor told me about OTC iron tablets but I wanted something natural and after doing my research came across these. Immediately I felt a lot better as I no longer felt cold, tired and had a lot of energy when working out at the gym ( before lockdown). I could also walk up the stairs without feeling breathless. I finished the bottle in just over a month tablets and went back for another blood test as instructed by my GP. Well, my thyroid levels had improved and my iron level had increased from 10 to 19. I have continued taking them and due to get another blood test at the end of Feb 2021 but I know that the results are good as I feel so much better and the symptoms during my monthly cycles have practically gone now, and I will stop taking them. They are big tablets but you soon get used to them and at first I was l taking 2 a day before increasing them to the required dose of 6 a day.

So I have been a vegetarian now for over a decade. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue that I now manage very well with a clean diet. I decided after a lot of research to try these capsules to see if it would benefit my energy and my hair skin and nails. So I am about to start my second month and I am taking 6 caps a day. I have been experiencing on off flares of my symptoms in the past few months and have noticed that the fatigue is not accompanying the pain which is new. My recovery seems quicker. Also I am loosing body fat, which I have been finding difficult as a 54yr young woman. So I started intermittent fasting again 16-8 and over the last year could not do it. Since taking these tablets I have found it easy to do. This tells me my body has the nutrients it needs to allow me to fast. My skin has been remarked on as looking good lately also, I have started using an led face mask and this has helped. But 5 weeks ago I had a facial skin graft and everyone is amazed at my healing. I think the vitamin A found in this supplement has giving my body a real healing boost. I will continue to monitor my benefits and gratefully thank the beautiful animals that I am benefiting from and Brian who has offered me quality information.

My entire family is benefiting from these supplements, including the dogs! After a simple email asking the owner of Ancestral Supplements, Brian, for guidance on which supplements to start, he got right back to me and even sent a couple courtesy "check in" emails just to see how things were going. Brian is a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about peoples health. If you have questions, just ask him. He will get back to you and quickly! My sister was given the devastating diagnosis of a significant heart defect in her unborn baby at 20 weeks. It was moderate to severe fetal aortic stenosis which basically causes the the left ventricle to calcify and eventually stop functioning while in utero. When these babies are born, they typically need multiple open heart surgeries if they even survive. I was told there was not a lot anyone could do and we would just have to watch this precious baby's heart decline. It was an incredibly defeating feeling. Refusing to believe there was nothing else we could try, I reached out to Brian. He recommended the foundational supplements Beef Liver and Bone Marrow. My sisters baby was expected to do poorly and progress to have hypoplastic left heart syndrome but instead has remained stable. The baby still has aortic stenosis and some scaring in the left ventricle but it is still contracting and has not progressed! The fetal cardiologist is baffled. He said that does not typically happen. Lots of prayer and Ancestral Supplements has made this once grim outlook not so grim anymore. My mother has Myasthenia Gravis and had been put on Imuran and steroids. She became so sick. It was horrible to watch her go downhill so quickly. Those drugs did not alleviate any MG symptoms which were quite mild in the first place, just caused more issues. After a short time on those medications, her white blood cells tanked and her Dr took her off the meds. I told her to start taking Beef Liver and Bone Marrow. After one month, her white blood cell count was back to normal. Her Dr said that usually doesn't happen that fast. I then asked Brian about targeted support for her specific disease. He said Thymus and/or Brain. She decided to try the Brain and literally within the first two days of taking it, she was a different person. She had energy all day and was able to function! That was just on one capsule by the way. As for myself and my 2 year old nephew that I care for, he was getting sick every stinking month! Because I am with him most of the time and we share everything whether I want to or not :), I was getting sick right along with him. Enter in Beef Liver and Bone Marrow. Its been 3 months and neither of us have gotten sick. Coincidence? You tell me. Now, my sweet pups! They both have allergies one with seasonal and the other with food. After about 25 years of being a vegan (and a raw fooder for most of that) my body got depleted. Before I learned of and switched to carnivore around this June/July my energy had gotten low and I had developed jaundice, a high amylase lab, and blue-green urine. Trying to buy time to avoid a referral to Gastroenterology, I asked my primary care if I could try a change in diet for a month and redo labs. I switched initially to a non-vegan keto diet but after about 2 weeks switched to carnivore after watching a podcast where Dr. Joseph Mercola interviewed Dr. Paul Saladino. Since going carnivore my amylase went down 62 points and I expect it to be normal in October's lab. Urine cleared quickly initially and the jaundice is either resolved or is just very faint now on the abdomen. The challenging low energy adaptation period was to be expected on keto/carnivore, but now I am noticing increased strength and energy. I'm doing strengthening and stretching exercises daily and dancing most nights for exercise and am starting to feel stronger and can feel I am building muscle. I cannot discern exactly how the Bone Marrow is affecting me. I had stopped taking the bone meal product initially, but then restarted it when I learned there is no lead in this product and that I can trust this. My mood and mental clarity are so much better than when I was running on carbs as a vegan. I foresee long-term staying on carnivore and staying on Ancestral Supplements beef liver, bone marrow, and beef organs. And listening to Dr. Paul Saladino's podcasts to continue to learn. I am thankful to have found Ancestral Supplements products. I trust the purity of these products completely. Health update October 2019: This week I got a clean bill of health after being diagnosed in March 2019 with jaundice, blue-green urine, and a very high amylase lab at my annual primary care visit. I'm 66, female, and had been vegan since 1994, high carb/very low fat. I started a vegan Plant Paradox diet in 2018 with higher fat. From March to July I tried tweaking my Plant Paradox diet, but health issues continued. In July I started a non-vegan ketogenic diet. In mid-July I learned about the carnivore diet and decided to go for it! The blue-green urine cleared quickly in July after starting carnivore. The jaundice completely resolved by early October. The amylase lab and now lipase lab were very mildly elevated still in early October, so my primary care wanted me to see Gastroenterology to be safe and thorough. I saw GI and the physician assistant said the labs were of no concern since I felt good and had no symptoms and dismissed me from GI! Health conditions resolved in 4 months on carnivore diet! Since July I have been taking Ancestral Supplement Beef Liver, Beef Organs, Bone Marrow, and added Beef Brain in September. Also experimenting with Beef Intestines for a while. I strongly believe that these Ancestral Supplement products have been absolutely vital in my recovery and I will continue to use these. I am eating a nose-to-tail carnivore diet as taught by Dr. Paul Saladino, and he highly recommends Ancestral Supplement products for those of us who don't find organs palatable or have no access to them. I am deeply thankful for these high quality freeze-dried supplements and the integrity of the company. I am deeply thankful to now be healthy on carnivore diet!
