Nice lights

I bought these for accent lighting for the candelabra I bought used. Regular lights were just too bright when used with the center light, but these are literally flickering like candles. My next game day is gonna be lit... lolJust don't buy these thinking they will be bright. It's 3 watts, so you won't be reading by them or anythingEdit: it's October 2024 and they still look great

The media could not be loaded. These types of lights aren't made to put out a bunch of light so if that's why you're buying them don't. They are made for ambience and do exactly what they are supposed to. These two Christmas candle decorations belonged to my mother-in-law and my wife has had them for what seems like forever. These are one of her most treasured things. The lights that were in them weren't working all that great so I bought these and some from another company. All 10 of these lights worked perfectly when I checked them so the quality is very consistent and each one works extremely well.The set from the other company came with 12 lights. All 12 worked but 7 of them worked much better than 5 of them so the set of 12 will be getting returned

I wanted to get away from the relatively bright candle bulbs so decided to go with the flicker variety. They do exactly what I was hoping for; reduced brightness so they can be left on 24/7 if you want, inexpensive.I did find that they are more fragile; I lost two within less than a week but since, all have been good. Also, the color is more orange than I had hoped but I can live with it.

Pretty light but a bit bright~ great for our room!

I bought the box of ten to use in four electric window candles. Figured that way I would have six spares since nothing lasts forever. These are supposed to last 1500 hours. Three days was the most I got from any of the ten. Some only lasted a few hours. They can really get you chasing your tail. When I would go to replace a bad one it would start working again, briefly! Just to rule out the remote chance that all four of my candles were defective, I bench tested each bulb with gator clips and wires. Finally I returned all ten and put my original flicker bulbs back in. My originals don't flicker anymore, but at least they light up. On a positive note, the return process was unbelievably fast and easy. Three minutes on Amazon.com and 30 seconds in a UPS store. For this reason alone, I'm increasing my 0-star rating to a 1-star rating.

The price was very good. However, they are very dim and not all of the bulbs seem to work consistently. Some light immediately, while others seem to hesitate or go off and on. They may be better in small fixtures, but will not do well in a ceiling light. I wanted a candle effect for Halloween, and these just did not quite perform as I hoped.

I purchased this to be used in a small chapel that requires a light like a candle but is limited to not having open flames. The "flame" has be is on 24/7 for 3 weeks at this point and provides a very effect "candle like" appearance. They come several in the box & fix the chandelier socket.
