One of the best purchases I have made for a long time totally satisfied with this item would not hesitate to buy any.of these vendors items in the future very pleased indeed.

The laptop arrived in great time and looked brand new. The was some over spray on the on button and screen from the refurbishment but this doesn't stop performance. The laptop is great and does everything I require it for. I would strongly recommend considering a refurbished device and saving some money.

I have ordered this laptop.l will be returning it as it is not working. The first 2 days were fine.Now when you turn it on it sits with a blank screen.Fully charged.

The Dell latitude 7480 arrived intact and in good condition. The battery life is OK, the few times I have used it it has stayed beyond 5hours without charging. The screen size is what I needed, For now I am happy with the functionality of the laptop. The camera clarity is great. For now I am satisfied with what I bought

Was not too sure about buying a refurbished laptop, but this Dell is really good. After a few minor problems that were sorted out very quickly and efficiently by the supplier every thing is fine, far exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this supplier for their service.

For the computer specification personally feel like it’s not up to scratch. If you are trying to load heavy software the computer will either crash or get really slow. The trackpad is quite irritating quite good for a quick computer but would recommend for long term use

Note: At the time of my review the price of this computer was $240. It's come down significantly since then, which only makes it that much more attractive. ------------------------ I haven't even finished the OS setup, and I'm already giving this 5 stars all around. I'm going to a professional class in June that is *hugely* important to me and my career, and I just needed something lightweight to take with me for studying and whatnot. The description and the prior reviews for this particular machine already ticked all the proverbial boxes, and now that it's in my hands, I can see that it wasn't wasted money at all. The biggest factor for me is the fact that it has a proper 1920x1080 screen, and not one of those other bizzarro resolutions that laptops tend to come in. On a screen this size, the extra pixels matter a lot for viewing documents. The display is sharp, no dead pixels, and the backlighting is nice and even. Even the slightly older i5 processor is pretty grossly overpowered for what I'm going to be using the computer for, but a little extra horsepower never hurts. And 16 gigs of RAM? Yeah, that's a really nice touch. Storage space isn't really going to be a concern, so the 256GB drive will be more than plenty. An SSD is an absolute must these days and I'm glad it didn't come with a platter drive... although at this price point, adding one wouldn't have been much of a burden either. Other things I like: Backlit keyboard, which also doesn't feel like it's made of cheese. Little pointer-control-mousy-bit-thingy on the keyboard. Responsive touch pad. HDMI out. Three standard USB ports as well as a C-micro. Ethernet port. Micro SD card slot. And what looks like maybe a SIM card slot under that? Is that even a thing? At any rate, it's got an awful lot of external connectivity for such a compact laptop. Very good design. This is a really, really nice little machine. I haven't even done anything of value with it yet and I'm already extremely impressed.

Giving this product from this seller 5 stars. The laptop is a great deal and is more powerful than chromebooks that cost more. Great for work or school work, videos etc. I noticed that the battery charge level was not reaching the 80% of new capacity using an MS Windows Battery analysis tool and let the seller know. With no questions asked they sent a replacement battery right away. Would purchase again, and from this seller.

Excelente opción si no tienen mucho dinero y te urge una laptop para la universidad , no se traba , se calienta poco , es de baja capacidad de almacenamiento pero para universidad que solo usamos pdf es sufienciente , es delgada pero no tanto como las caras . Lo que no me gusto es que la pintura negra que tenía como con textura suave se le fue cállendo. No tiene ñ pero en configuración pibes teclado en español y listo. No tiene el window mas actualizado ni se le puede descargar pues dice que no es compatible pero ami me gusta esta versión de Windows porq es mas sencilla y fácil de manejar
