I was very pleased with the customer service. There was a problem at first, but it was quickly resolved. The fan works well, is light weight and easy to install. Surprisingly powerful for the size.

Plug & Perform, easy to install. Purchased 3 of these for my small hobby farm. Used zip ties to mount onto my wire rabbit hutches to keep the rabbits cool during hot summer days. The buns sit directly in front of the fans. The cords that connect the solar panels are ling enough, i was able to place the solar panels on the roof of the enclosure. Air flow is sufficient. Picture/video attached. I caught one on sale for $99, hope you can too. Note that i thought one of them defective. I simply re attached the connectors, they have to be just right to work.)

This is my second season for this fan, in my greenhouse! I removed the solar panel and stored for winter! This year I plugged it in a few days ago and work just like it did last year! In one of the picture I have my solar panel mounted on the roof of the greenhouse! Side that get maximum direct sunlight! Please note, if you fan pulsation, fan run on and off, this is due to the sun being blocked from direct sunlight! It need direct sunlight to work steady! Even shadow from trees, clouds, body, etc will make the fan start and stop! So you need direct sunlight to the panel! The solar panel only delivers the powered need for fan to work steady, since there is no battery storage, and solar panel send it power directly to the fan any shadows on the solar panel reduces it waiting it delivers to the fan, causing start and stop of the fan! 1. angle of solar panel 2. Solar panel need direct sunlight! 3. No shadows, from tree or shrubs, clouds, or shadow from anything will reduce the panel sun collection and prevent the fan from working steady, and cause intermittent of the fan to work! I hope this helps!

When i received this fan, it was just as described though the solar panels had to be in direct sunlight for the fan to turn. Before installing, i tried the fan with the panels in direct sunlight but the motor made a fairly loud ticking sound that seemed like a noisy bearing. It didn't matter what speed the fan turned at, the noise persisted. I had several email exchanges with the seller and tried to send a video but the file was too big for the seller to receive and they didn't send me an alternate email or site to post the video. I returned the fan to Amazon and ordered from a different vendor.
