I would give this Mexican vanilla blend 10 stars if I could! It is not 100% vanilla but a blend that tastes absolutely amazing! I have purchased this many times and have even made my own homemade vanilla. I love the flavor of this blend! Works great in baking, cooking anything you want the vanilla flavor in. A little goes a long way. The only negative I would give it is the caramel color which isn't really a problem to me as I don't find it changes the color of what you use it in significantly.
