Nothing here quite captures the superlative symbiosis of West's past best beats (think "Gold Digger"), but the central motif remains: No one ever accused Kanye West of being too cool for school, and Graduation still knows how to party. Great Album
I loved this album. Fave tracks were "Champion" & "Homecoming". Minus a star for kissin' Jay-Z's tail in "Big Brother". I'm not a "rap fan" or "hip hop fan" per se. I like good music no matter what. I've been a Kanye fan since "Through the Wire" and "Slow Jamz". This album was totally different than his first two. This is what totally won me about Graduation. A press release mentioned (before the album dropped) that Kanye would be using a lot of synthesizers, and this is true, but the sound is amazing! Although my two tracks are listed as my faves, the other tracks that include the synthesizer work are also on top...like FLASHING LIGHTS!!!! As to the kissing up to Jay-Z..as stated before, minus a star. Kanye's "hook" is telling it like it is no matter whose feelings are hurt. He's honest, and a bit big-headed, but harmless. Why does Jay-Z need a freakin' track tribute to him? In response, Kanye got to yell "We in the house" in the background like a lil' kid on Jay's new album. Talk about returning the favor. I'm a huge fan of both, but you won't catch me on my knees for either...thanks.

the music is good as its always been but the case is the issue at hand. i understand that the case isnt as sturdy as regular jewelcases but the way mine was packaged in my opinion could be greatly improved. my case came squashed with dints at every corner.
