Expertly defines
I'm over 60 and eyeliner pencils were not working as well as they used to, i.e. looser skin, and my hands are not as steady. This little eyeliner brush made the difference! I use it with my eyeshadow and it outlines expertly. I recommend it for anyone who has trouble with the pencil liners. Just use it with your regular dark eye shadow! I use Urban Decay eyeshadow (another great buy). It costs around $18 and I have been using it for weeks and continue to do so until it loses its shape. Then I will purchase it again!
