Mr. Pen- Felt Tip Pens, Black Pen, 12 Pack, Fast Dry, No Smear, Planner Markers

The colors are vibrant and oh so pretty and with 16 colors to choose from to boot. I manage quite a few different accounts at work and each account has their own personalized details that are specific to them and only them so I have detailed notes for each account. I like for the notes to be sectioned off by each step and to have each step in a different color which helps me isolate each individual step. Yes I could type the notes up on a computer and just change the font color as I like but I'm old school and I prefer hand written notes. Plus over time I tend to add little tips here and there in the margins. These pens allow me to do exactly what I want and with the 0.7mm tips my notes look so clean and since the ink doesn't bleed I don't have to worry about not being able to use both sides of the page if I choose and the ink doesn't "seep out" when I write (so my writing on my notes is clear and legible). They come in a nifty little pouch which keeps them together and easily accessible. I did have one small issue with the pens. The purple pen didn't write as well as the others. It was as if it were almost dry. I didn't realize this until after it was too late to return to Amazon. When reviewing the details of my order I saw where I could click a link that said "Get Product Support". This link allowed me to contact the manufacturer (Mr. Pen) regarding my issue. I emailed them and included my Amazon order number as instructed and explained my problem. I asked that if it possible could they replace that specific pen and if not then no worries as it really isn't the end of the world. I messaged them on a Tuesday at 12:12 PM Eastern Daylight Time. There was no auto reply email saying the garden variety "Thank you for contacting us, someone will address your concern soon". Instead I received an email at 8:53 AM Eastern Daylight Time the very next day. This email said they appreciated my contacting them and that they have issued a refund of my order, mind you I didn't ask for one. It wasn't a form letter type email. It was specific to me. I have honestly never in my 41 years dealt with any business no matter thew type regarding a problem and had it be this dang easy and zero hassle, no questions asked no forms to fill out I didn't have to do anything other than send my first and only email. Plus the mustache stickers that come with the pens is so stinking cute.

Love these pens! They write beautifully! Great price for these pens. The colors are spot on as well. They work on multiple types of paper. I've written on note book paper, and glossed card stock. They don't bleed either. I will buy these again.

I allowed myself to try something new. Although I was not disappointed, they were quite different than what I was used to. I’m used to the thicker tipped felt pens, and these are very thin rollerball type of pen. I don’t even know how to explain it I love them I really do but it’s just a feel for me that I can’t get used to. Other than that for the price, spectacular, no leaks whatsoever and I love the vibrant colors!! They sure are really comfortable and just absolutely great. Thank you!

I'm about to order my second pack of black pens, and feel the need to say, these pens have become my favorite to write with, smooth, dark, simple, and ergonomic. I was surprised at how cheap they were, being so high quality, but discovered they don't last very long, and dry up after a few months of consistent use. I still give these five stars though, just wanted to relay that point for consideration. Still highly recommend.

If you are looking at these pens as a replacement for your beloved Paper Mate Flair pens, you may or may not love them. The pens have similar ink quality and for the price, you get a large number of them, so that is nice for people who like to keep pens everywhere like I do. There is a minor difference in the way the tip of the pen drags on the paper, these don't have quite as smooth a feel as the flairs, the tip is much harder and not entirely felt-like, but the difference is very minor and they are by far the closest to Flairs as I have found (I try a lot of pens!). There are 2 big differences between them and the Flairs which you need to consider though: grip quality/shape and amount of ink. See the picture for the grip situation. The Flair just feels much nicer in my hand. The shape is better and the plastic feels much higher, quality simply put. Obviously, the shape is a personal preference and the difference does not prevent me from using the Mr Pen, they are still good pens! The ink, however does not last. I am very good at capping my pens, so it isn't a failure on that (I should add that the Mr. Pen does have a good solid click when you cap it that the Flair tends to not have). Taking large amounts of notes, I would say the Mr Pen lasts me less than 1/4 the amount of time I get from a Flair. Price wise, this puts the Flair ahead. From an environmental perspective, I also greatly prefer to reduce the number of pens I need to use, so for me, the Flair is the winner. If you lose a lot of pens and just want a pen that costs less and is close to the Flair though, these would be the best option I have found, hands down. So, to summarize, if you are replacing your Flairs because you lose them, buy these pens! If you love the Flairs and are hoping for the same quality and use at a lower price point, these are probably not for you, but they are as close as you are going to get if total cost outlay today is your primary purchasing factor - you won't save money in the long run, but you will spend less today and like the pens just fine.

I like the felt type of pens since I’m a teacher.. I usually buy them at Walmart but saw these online at a better price. I love them! They write nice and smooth and love the variety of colors.

I actually nearly didn't order these pens based on comments … but glad I did. They are the perfect writing nib that I was looking for. The comments mentioned that some of the pens did not work so I tested them all as soon as they arrived. They all WORK! The light purple colour was not as smooth gliding on the paper as the others, but the ink worked just fine. (As seen in picture). The caps are a tight seal so after use … make sure you put the cap back on until it snaps closed! Great price … fast delivery… I needed them for a project so was so very pleased to see them arrive today. Will keep you posted on there performance.

Excellent fine tipped pens in a lovely range of colours. Perfect for writing rather than colouring. I think they are grown up felt tips, high quality but reasonably priced.
