Sprouts used to be readily available in markets but not the case for many years. Found myself feeling nostalgic for the sprout jar on the kitchen counter that was a staple during my hippie college years and I realized I missed the bite of fresh, crunchy sprouts in salads and sandwiches. Sprouts are the easiest salad greens to grow--all that's needed is a mason jar and a piece of cheesecloth. If truth be told, I don't bother with any other greens in my garden, other than kale, and there's just so much of that that a body can consume so sprouts are a welcome addition. These seeds sprouted quickly, which is a testament to their freshness and quality, and were as delicious as those of memory. Just the aroma of fresh sprouts is enough to make a person feel healthier!

Great quality seed with good germination rate. The resulting daikon radish sprouts were ready in 5 days as the package states and were spicy and delicious on sandwiches, in salads or as a snack. Highly recommend.

They sprout easy and are delicious

I am new to sprouting. When the local stores quit carrying sprouts, I figured that growing my own would be easier than getting in my car and driving every time I run out. I'm glad I did. I find a great deal of pleasure in watching my sprouts grow. And they do so surprisingly quickly. I started with the smaller bag because I wasn't sure how well it would work and whether I would hold my interest. Also, didn't know whether they would mostly be viable. All was good, so next time I will order a bigger bag. As a plus, everyone who has tried them has said how much fresher and more flavorful they tasted than "store bought"

They grew as expected… I was not expecting how hot they would taste! They are very strong tasting…

As soon as I received this bag of seeds I soaked a tablespoon in water overnight. I was disappointed at first as the second day very few had sprouted. Then, whoa! I had a bunch of little seedlings. As advertised, by day 5, I had 3 beautiful trays full of delicious sprouts! Will buy again!
