Easy directions and decent turnaround for results.

Very simple process!! Communication was timely and clear.

Product says a turn around time of three days upon receipt of lab. Per my result record, the sample was received on February 12th, however the sample was not processed until February 18th. This was a 6 day turn around time instead of three. Extremely unsatisfied. We had to put a project on hold until we got these results, and the sample was not processed in the three day window period. False advertising. Would return if I could, but out of the 30 day window period.

The instructions where very easy to follow. I got a email that they received my sample. It said it would take 3-5 to test the sample. I had it the next day after they received it. Super fast. Customer service with email 5 stars. I would use this product again everytime.

Easy to use and results arrived withing 72 hours of receiving, although it apparently took 7 days to reach the lab.

The kit was very easy to use and the results came back quickly. It gave me peace of mind regarding bathroom tile my young son and I removed for a renovation. It didn’t occurred to me that some old tile grout contained asbestos until I spoke to someone afterwards. Luckily I still had the buckets of broken tile to retrieve a sample from and the results came back NEGATIVE for asbestos! I am the manful for this home test kit!
