This conference microphone is made out of metal, not plastic, so it's very sturdy. It's a little heavier than I expected, which actually makes it more stable; and with the padding on the bottom, less susceptible to unwanted noise from the table. It's small enough to carry around in my backpack and use for a small conference, say 2-8 people sitting around the table. Unlike trying to use someone's laptop mic, everyone is heard at equal volume, and the sound quality is significantly better. I didn't want a speakerphone because that would be too big to carry around, and in a small conference, my laptop speakers work well enough. I just plugged in the USB cable and it worked right away. I think this is a great value for the price.

I bought this mic because I recently bought some good headphones to game/listen to music and it didn’t come with a mic. I came across this one in a search for an external mic. Overall the product works as intended, it picks up my voice perfectly fine where I have it by my keyboard. My friends say my voice comes in clear in discord and they haven’t alerted me of any annoying noises coming from my end (trust me they would be brutally honest lol that’s why I like them). I can swear it even does a good job of not activating if I cough or sneeze etc and although I have it right next to my keyboard, it does not activate to the sound of my keys. Good stuff.

Very good quality! Windows 10 automatically installed the driver - all I did is plug it in. It sounds excellent. It has an optional automatic gain function in windows 10. Bottom is rubber. It's made of METAL! It has more than enough weight for its size so that it stays put. Button actuation feels good. Cord is long and stout. Subdued blue light when it's unmuted. LED off when it's muted. The only thing I could ask for is when it's muted the LED change color, or blink, or something,, so you know it's connected but muted instead of having to assume it's connected. docking a star because it unmutes itself after a few minutes.

This microphone is easy to hook up and easy to use. It works perfectly to provide a hands free microphone for Teams Meetings and other Virtual Calls. The sound quality is great and it has it's own mute button if needed. It can be placed anywhere in the room and will pick up the voices of those talking. We are very happy with this purchase.

Compact and effective condenser microphone. This is an easy solution -- USB plug and play. No drivers necessary on my Mac. Plug it in, choose it as the audio input in the system preferences, and done. It has a small blue light that is permanently on while plugged in. Thankfully not that bright for those with bedroom offices. Seems to have good pickup up to several feet. I haven't tested it past about 8 feet. Great unit for the price.

Purchased the product to improve audio quality of Zoom meetings for our church’s small group Bible studies where some have to join remotely. Product performs better than our expectations. Quality is clear and pics up voices from 5-6 feet away without picking up background noise. Device is solidly built and has some weight to it so it stays in place well on the table. Great product, great customer service. Highly recommend!

Maybe it's because my laptop has an external camera plugged in that has a microphone built in, and maybe I just don't know how to adjust the audio settings, but I've been messing with this for the last half hour and it's still not working. The only time I was able to get it to work, it gave me EPIC feedback over my laptop speakers. All I wanted was an external speaker so I could hear better that I was through my laptop standard speakers, and to be able to talk back, and I still can't get any sound to come through this external speaker. What's the point of using it as a microphone only if 1) I already have a microphone and 2) I can't get it to function as a speaker? I'll give myself another day or so to restart things and play around some more but if I can't get it to work, I will have to return it. It's definitely not just a "plug and play" speaker for some people; I guess I'm one of those lucky ones that can't get it to work by just plugging it in.

Had a really simple headset that was being used previously for some online meetings, and general use. Wanted to replace with something more freeing that could be standalone on the desk. This mic was the perfect solution. Slim, sleek, takes up minimal space. Provides great sound quality no matter where you are standing in the room and looks great. Mute button in easy to reach location which gives a great click and feels solid. Rubber pad on the bottom keeps it positioned well. Highly recommend this as a solution to those that are looking for a replacement to free them from a headset or just as a very solid general use microphone.

Does the job beautifully.. easy to use.. only small issue is that on mute it’s not easy to see that it is on as the light goes off.

I would like to return this product; I bought it under the mistaken belief that it would work with Microsoft Word. It now appears that I have to subscribe annually to Microsoft at an exorbitant figure. Shame, good looking product, well presented, unfortunately, not for me.

This omnidirectional microphone is ideal for small zoom conferences I conduct from home. With a group seated at the table we all can be heard , and don't have to rely on the tiny mic in the laptop. It was an economical solution too!
