How can i access the studio? I tried everything, called everyone and i cant access

An Access Code That Had Already Been Registered
I received this in a very timely manner in very good condition. All was great until I had realized that the access code had already been registered when this was supposed to be a "new" book. The access code for the online material has practice tests and additional information to assist students outside of the classroom, so it's kind of necessary. Just be weary of who you're purchasing from.

Ce n'est pas un livre pour les particulier ce qui fait que je me suis retrouver avec un livre où je ne paye pas en tirer grand chose ! J'ai eu du mal à contacter le groupe et îls be peuvent rien faire car c'est un livre pour étudiants et profs qui doivent eux demander les lesssons donc je ne peux rien en faire dommage !
