Easy to use and is helping me improve (I believe) my swing!

This is a great training tool if and ONLY if you can pay attention to what your body is doing while you’re golfing. For me, this helped immensely in getting that muscle memory into my brain. I used it on the range for 2 buckets before 18 the next day. Also used it a few times for practice swings on the course when I could feel I was pulling away. Highly recommend.

Durability and fit including length were perfect. Range of motion with the stretch of the product make it as described. Super lightweight. Great for a beginner or a fine tune of your current swing.

Well made. Works to eliminate the chicken-wing finish on a swing. First, I dislike the color, could have picked something a little more subdued. My big issue is with the size. It's one thing to hold one's arms close together (snug); it's another issue to squeeze them together uncomfortably. I am a man of average size; if I were a bigger man, this training aid may be too small and not usable. Also, hard to pick up things when this is on. A little difficult to put on and take off. The training aids that use inflatable balls seem to be downgraded by many so I am glad that I purchased this instead; will continue to use it until muscle memory kicks in. Just be aware of my criticisms.

Excellent for Golf Connection. Nice design and quality. Teaches a golfer the correct muscle memory for keeping the arms together t/o the swing for best accuracy and power. Use this for a week and your game will improve.

This does what it needs to do--it holds your arms and elbows fairly close. I would have liked it a bit tighter and the material a bit less flexible. It would be better if adjustable.
