Very complete set of a wide range of metric and standard sockets with both short and deep, adapters, and extensions. Basically I don’t think you’d need any others, except for some very specific applications, like axle nuts. I haven’t put them to the test, but they look like your standard impact rated sockets. The price was really good, but I also went for it bc of the case too with having sockets on both sides, allows for a more compact case overall, plus it has metal latches, and seems sturdy.All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase

Holds all the sockets I usually use. 1/2 inch drive impact rated. Has held up to the abuse I put them through while at work. Socket wrench provided has a thread under the red handle so may can put a longer threaded handle on it. Haven't done that myself but have been tempted. Only fault I have found my 18mm deepwell falls out when I open case. Lettering has held up and the extensions took a beating but didn't flex.

As a machinist, I use this set almost every day I’m at work. My fellow machinists are always complimenting it and asking to borrow it. I really like the ratchet handle (this was the primary reason I bought it), it is very well made and easy to use.The finish on the tools is nice and easy to clean as well as durable. The finish on the handle of the ratchet will chip/ding/scratch if you lend it to a careless person.

Nice kit. The first one we received the box was cracked at one of the latches, as others have reported; however - at least for now, opinion wise - we don’t see this as an issue with the case, it seems to be an issue with how Amazon ships it. They don’t add any packaging material inside the box, and as it’s a heavy kit due to all the pieces, the case cracks if it gets tossed around too much during transit. The 2nd one arrived in one piece, thankfully.

This set must weigh in the neighborhood of 45-50lbs. Does that mean quality, of course not. Time will tell as these sockets see use.What I can say initially is the case does not seem to be as cheaply made as a few others have noted. It’s far from the best but it is fairly well suited for the contents. One issue I have is that the molded slot for 2 of the deep sockets is simply too large and those particular sockets fall out upon opening the case.The sizes are both etched and printed on every piece.The ratchet feels heavy duty and seems to have constant engagement.Not sure how big of a deal this is for most but the ratchet does not have a center lock position.More to follow as the set is put to the test on a few projects.

Nice heavy socket set and rachet. Well worth the money.

Ive only used this set 3 or four times so far. However the rachet hasnt missed a beat. Im very happy with this product so far

The sockets and rachet really hold up to the abuse but the latches broke fairly quick and now the rest of the case is breaking down. Would like to purchase a replacement case but customer support is lacking.
