Does this item come with the pump?

Yes. Mine came with three tops. (Delivered in June 2021.) On the bottle was a screw on top with no holes and in a separate attached bag two other tops -- a pump and one of those tops you press down on so that the top part comes up diagonally to reveal a little hole for pouring smaller amounts. This is the first time in my life I ever received a bottle with three tops.

Why are some reviews of other products like coconut oil or castor oil, Not Almond oil?

You see reviews of various oils here because this listing covers several oils in addition to the almond oil. When products are listed from the same manufacturer in different “flavors”, allowing you to choose multiple variations of similar items through a single listing, the reviews will refer to all of the items from that same listing. You see this a lot in fabrics as well, where multiple color variations will be grouped in a single listing so you can easily order more than one color/pattern from the same seller or designer.
