This flour has a nice texture and taste, which is good for gluten-free bread. It bakes well when mixed with other flours. All gluten free products are pricier than their equivalent products containing gluten, and this flour is no exception. I will buy it again because I like the quality.

works very well for quick breads and pan cakes while being gluten free. For breads I use 1 cup of flour, one egg, 2 tsp baking powder and enough water to make a batter. Scale up by the cup for larger amounts in a well oiled pan.

I usually make pumpkin protein bars with these or banana nut bread. My niece cannot have gluten so it works perfect. It’s very good. Recommend it for baking for people that can’t have gluten.

Fine texture . Works perfectly in baking my butterscotch toffee bars, now gluten free. Tried a few other brands oat flour before this , wasn’t pleased with coarse grind. This brand is great, all the oat flavor and easy to work with.
