Within the range, this candle is particularly richly scented. The scent is beautiful both when lit or unlit. I would say that when not currently burning the candle smells like vanilla cake, whereas almond notes appear during the burning. The scent is stronger than others in the range but is not overpowering. It definitely fills the room. The candle lid comes with a sealing gasket to prevent the scent from decreasing over time. The white frosted glass package is high quality and produces a lovely lantern effect when the candle is lit. This diffuses the light so that the flame is not at all harsh to look at. This candle does last for a very long time. I've burned it for at least 20 hours and I would estimate it's less than 1/3 finished. One tip I would give is to ensure the first burn is on a surface without a draft (e.g. away from a window), so that the first burn is even. This will avoid having areas of unburnt wax as the candle burns down. The little instructional booklet they provide is helpful on this and worth a quick read.

Lovely candle, smells really nice, not badly priced as decent strong scent

Firstly the candle itself is presented in a charming box, secure inside its packaging, on opening you could smell the scent straight away, it’s beautiful, not overpowering but very pleasant, it’s presented in a nice frosted glass jar, looks more expensive than it was if you care about that aspect of things, for me it’s all about the smell, it’s exactly what I wanted it to be with a single exception, while it smells great and the scent itself is just right, it doesn’t flood the room, it’s there but it’s subtle so if your after something to fill your home with a strong scent, I’d go with a different choice, it burns well and so far evenly, it’s a fantastic choice and good value at £10, recommend.

This was a gift. Delivered in time. I did not actually open the box itself but my friend said that it was absolutely lovely.

I use the smaller tea lights with a scent, but this beats them all, a good perfume that floats around the room, am in the second of two four hour sessions and the wax has hardly left the surface, so good value for the purse. The glass container is also attractive to look at with the gold lid on top when UNLIT - it makes a nice decoration for any room. A good buy as a gift.

This looks and smells beautiful, I do love it but disappointed it isn’t burning evenly so a lot of wax left down the sides which I’ll try to crape down. Other candles I have of this make haven’t done this so may be it’s the pot design or I just got a duff one. Still, it does look and smell lovely!

Arrived quick, good order, no problem. However , smells a lot stronger than expected. very sickly, enough to give one a headache. just a matter of personal choice, some may like the strength. customer service was excellent, resolving this.

Being a 'natural' candle addict, I saw these and thought they were fab. Rave reviews. On opening the scent was lovely; very quickly spoilt by the plastic packers in the box. Two on the top and one on the base. I understand that these are glass and as such, at risk of breakage. However, I have paid less for similar candles online that are packaged with cardboard support within the box, and it protects the contents just as well. I purchased three of these, one for myself and two as gifts, so I'm pleased I opened this one first as I won't be giving them as gifts now as I know my friends would be as disappointed with the 'plastic' foam element and don't want to burden them with the conscience associated the environmental impact of this type of packing material. Such a shame, as the item itself really has an air of quality about it. If you're not bothered about the environmental impact of plastic, then go ahead. For all vegetarians/vegans this is the quote on the description: 'lead-free cotton wick and 100% natural wax that is vegan, cruelty and paraben-free and biodegradable'. Unfortunately, unless I'm mistaken, that's questionable, unless of course, you're comfortable purchasing a product that meets your needs, when the type of packaging material has been overlooked and appears to be exempt from this statement.

Très belle présentation, flacon très beau, senteur épicée très agréable... Vraiment un produit extra pour faire un cadeau par exemple ou l'avoir chez soi. Je le recommande vivement.
