The capsules are not too big but I open them up into milk or applesauce. The Kidney shield is a gel capsule that’s a little bigger. If you have difficulty swallowing suggest you pierce the capsule and pour into orange juice.

It makes a difference!
I found these products on Amazon when looking for a natural treatment to my father's kidney disease. I read about the proper combination of these supplements taken along with the amino acids besides the special diet recommendation, so I bought them to try. It's still a work in progress but I'm happy with these products. They are really making a difference in my father's quality of life by improving his health and giving him peace of mind. He is getting more active, strong and free of uric acid symptoms. We are going to buy again for sure!

Amazing product
So let start by saying I first found out about this product via a Facebook health group, I've purchased this product a plethora of time now for myself, and more so for family members and Friends i've since recommended it to just because it's actually that good.

It really does help!
I have noticed an improvement with my kidney functions as well as having more energy. I plan to continue on using this product and will happily continue to update my progress. I don't Normally write reviews, but this is the first time I've found a product that really does work!
