Pros: NO flavor when mixed with something with flavor of its own. Dissolves very completely with a gentle stir. It actually improves the mouthfeel of coffee with oatmilk. Hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best types of fiber for people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and has actually improved my results of prescription drug treatment for SIBO compared to prescription drug treatment alone. Cons: The product tub is too narrow for my hands. I feel like I have pretty average-sized hands. But yeah, those last few scoops exfoliate off a layer of my skin cells as I'm pulling them awkwardly out of the container, haha. if the container were a half inch wider in diameter, this product would be perfect. And at 17.09 on S&S, it's a better deal on Amazon than anywhere else I've seen it for sale, even when discounted.

This is a great supplement for kids (and adults too!) it has no taste, dissolves quickly and keeps you regular!

Love this product, absolutely zero bloating and dissolves completely. I add a scoop to my coffee every morning.

My dietician recommended these for me. They do not taste like anything. I add them to my smoothie every morning. They keep me regular.

Mixes great with my tea or coffee.. no change in the flavor. Have used two containers so far and not once, did it not mix with the warm coffee/tea.... Wish it had a bit more fiber type, that would assist "going"..... it does not seem to be very effective in that dept. Happy with product, but will probably find something a little bit more obviously, effective....

It’s the fiber supplement recommended by my GI doctor. It’s the only one I’ve found that is 3rd party tested which I’m learning in the field of unregulated supplements is important.

I swear by this stuff. I used to have frequent loose bowel movements. After starting this I immediately got regular. Just amazing! And the price is very affordable. I've tried many other fiber supplements like benefiber, metamucil, and psyllium husk and nothing worked like this. Highly recommend!

This fiber is very hard to mix in completely. I have tried it in both cold water and hot water with no difference in mixability… except it might have been a little worse in hot water. I have tried stirring it with a spoon and shaking it in a blender bottle. There are still tiny clumps left even after shaking hard in a blender bottle. This would probably be fine if you added it to a smoothie, but I wasn’t going to get the blender out just to mix this in water. I’ve used another brand of partially hydrolyzed guar gum fiber for years, and it dissolves very easily. I bought this because I couldn’t find the other on Amazon. I will not buy this brand again.

I have bought this a number of times. It is a great product and works well. No taste and dissolves perfectly. I am very sad that the price keeps going up and it is so difficult to get here in Canada.

I continue to buy this excellent product which was first "prescribed" to me by a naturopath. It works well and is undetectable in smoothies, coffee and juice or water as long as you don't let it sit too long.

As promised-no smell and taste. Dissolves in water easily. Very effective particularly if your diet lacks sufficient fibers

the powder is very chunky. it doesn't dissolve easily like the others do. and it doesn't seem to work for digestion. generally a waste of money. i agree with the other 1 star reviews. it might have been a bad batch so i order another one to be sure. same problem! give me a refund!!!!!!
