I never write reviews on Amazon, but this item was worth writing about. So, I’m 5.5 215 lbs. On reading some of the reviews. I decided to go with an XL. It was a little fitted but sucked it in and it zipped up. Didn’t feel tight or bothered me. I do go to the gym 5 days a week. Depending on the day, I do hard work out or light. When I first received it I did the stair master and let me tell you, I was dripping in sweat after 20 min. on the machine. I love this suit and definitely will be wearing for my workouts. Great quality, and comfortable not like I thought it was going to be. I will be buying a new one if I lose the weight. Highly recommended!

I had a waist trimmer but wanted more coverage and after sending back multiple sizes, I found one that fits- YOU HAVE TO ORDER IT A THOUSAND SIZES BIGGER THAN YOU NORMALLY WOULD- and it works like a charm! I sweat balls in this things and have lost several inches on my waist. It's comfortable, well made, and thin but makes you sweat so much that I bend over to untie my shoes after my workout and sweat pours out of it. I've recommended it to family.

I’m a 62 year old woman 248.8 lb. 5’4” I got the 5x one hoping it would fit because my waist is 51” and it says it goes up to a 46” and it fits perfectly even the top part and hasn’t rolled up yet so far

Really good product, does the job but could be better. The sizing is really weird. I usually wear small or medium and I read other reviews which said to size up. I bought a large. The zipper part is tight and is very firm fitted. The shoulder part fits big but still looks fine. It does capture sweat but I wear an extra layer to capture sweat before the vest. Good price! Compared to others I’ve seen on the market you’ll be pleased. Recommend for the price and it works.

OMG great suit for a great price! I normally use the sweet sweat band, but this is a much easier design to get dressed and go. I sweat when I'm doing cardio and circuit training and it's an easy clean up when I'm done. This one goes from right under the breast down to your butt so if your looking for something that covers the whole area and lightweight this will workout for you. If you want to target the one area the sweat bands are better for that. Size chart was accurate for me and my daughter. Really comfortable and good quality!

This thing is the bomb! I like it way way more than I thought i would. It zips well, s t says in place, and causes u to sweat a bunch! Get it! Get it! Get it!

Feels very lightweight, length wise is good , I’m 5”1, 170lbs(postpartum), the arm straps are a little loose which is why I give it a 3star! Not sure if it makes you sweat

It’s very comfortable, but it’s a bit loose on the shoulder parts. The sizing for me was good, I usually use s/m so I got an m, it fits good. Could be tighter though.
