Review: Software product did not work properly - The labeling software did not work correctly. I would like to return the package for refund. I contacted Memorex tech support yesterday about the software not performing properly and I received a reply today from Sure Thing Support that I should return the software and get my money back. It is a program Sure Thing wrote for Memorex over 15 years ago. They are not sure who sells it anymore as Memorex has been out of the CD Labeling business for a number of years now. It will not work reliably on Windows 10.

Software product did not work properly
The labeling software did not work correctly. I would like to return the package for refund. I contacted Memorex tech support yesterday about the software not performing properly and I received a reply today from Sure Thing Support that I should return the software and get my money back. Works, mostly!
I bought this primarily for the applicator. I read other reviews saying the software is out of date and incompatible with Windows 10/11. Here is what I found: After installing the software, right-click the program icon and choose compatibility function. Windows should decide to run it emulating WinXP. It will then work and communicate with your printer. However, don't try to use any of the built-in backgrounds. Printing Error. Stick to adding your own pictures and text and it will cooperate. There are more than enough blank sheets for my needs. If I run out, I will switch to Avery products.

This software is old... I would return if I could
Well it works but when trying to add pics... one it allow another not. Tried to print... it printed only the background pic, not the text or the jpg's I added.

Didn't work on Windows 10 or XP
We have multiple computers. It didn't work on our newer one with Windows 10 or our older one that was upgraded from 7 to 10. It worked on our 10+ year old computer with Windows 7, but only in Black & White.

Great if you are running Windows 8 or below but not for Win 10
I like this product but I'm running Windows 10 and it appear it's not compatible with the OS. I had to get a different software that would run under Windows 10 and print on Memorex stock.
