I'm very happy with the look and overall quality of this laptop computer. It's fast and the screen quality is superb even though it's not the touch screen type. The battery life is quite exceptional - much more than an hour lifetime on battery alone. My complaint is that there's only 2 USB-A ports. I'd rather have 3 of them and no USB-C ports. None of my peripherals connect via USB-C, they all have USB-A connectors.

I purchased this laptop for school and it was the best choice I've made for 2020. 1. The first thing I did was to remove S mode. This was done by signing into the app store with my Hotmail account, then searched for s mode and read the instructions. 2. I removed office 365 as I have a preference for Office 2010 3. disabled defender antivirus and installed WinRar and VLC. Hate Defender! Conclusions: I think HP has done a great job. The storage space is small compared to a 1TB but its sufficient to complete all assignments on time while navigating COVID 19. I have no regrets!

Mine lasted approximately 3 years with traveling, and being exposed to extreme temperature variations. I will say, replace the cooling fan after 1.5 years, and always keep this on a cooling stand of some sort to ensure it doesn't overheat.

I don't do anything involved on my laptop (finances, shopping and pogo games) but I've been very happy with this one. The touch screen is nice but I don't use it much. Love that it links with my cell phone, didn't think that would be used much but it's actually pretty handy, especially being able to respond to texts while working on the computer. Was very easy to set up

Update: After a second email, the Seller finally responded to me. Sad to report the laptop keyboard is now not even typing when the key is pressed and continues to shut down or stop working without cause. Under a year since purchase date it's evident I was sold and purchased laptop junk from the Seller. And Seller is not willing to assist with the laptop purchased less than a year ago. It's not normal for a laptop to stop working like this. I do not recommend purchasing from the Seller without doing due diligence and shopping around and thoroughly reading customer experience and reviews. I learned my lesson. Purchased this computer on April 5, 2021. Not even a year later laptop is freezing, keyboard buttons are popping off, shuts down without known cause or actions. Very disappointed. I will contact the seller to see if there is a warranty on the device since it hasn't been a year since the purchase date. Hope Seller is responsive and provides good customer care post purchase. Fingers crossed. i typically don't have problems with HP products so this is disappointing, especially since the laptop has been cared for and never dropped or mishandled. Sighhhh.

This is a very nice sized laptop - purchased it specifically for use in the motor home and so far I'm glad I picked this one from a HUGE range from which to chose. It works like I want it to work, fits where I want it to fit and doesn't take up much space. The price was fantastic compared to other out there. Highly recommend.

As stated on the headline, Though I believe that the laptop is fun and easy to use I still believe that for 1750 Dirhams it should be somewhat quiet and come in a better condition than a cracked camera and somewhat low battery.

Great computer, but only comes with 4 GB of RAM.
