Nice unit at a inexpensive price
I would hate to be forced to heat my entire house with electric baseboard heat, because running electric heaters is very expensive. However, the unit itself is inexpensive and easy to install. So, for areas at the house that are drafty or chilly, these are a great option instead of having to reconfigure your central heat.

Should not be sold as NEW
I bought 3 of these baseboards. They were delivered by 3 different couriers so I have to assume they came from different warehouses… 1 had to be returned because it was damaged beyond repair. The other 2 are still bent in the corners and scratched up. There’s no possible way I could pass these off to customers as new baseboards.

Unit is well constructed and fit perfectly for my application. Customer service is excellent.

Could have been shipped better
The packaging could be better, nothing inside the box to keep it safe. Due to this it was damaged when we got it, thankfully it still works and we were able to bend somewhat back into place.

Great heater - Terrible shipping but great seller
This is the second one I have installed in my house. I purchased it through Amazon because it appears it is being discontinued and I could not find one local and I wanted it to match the other one. The heater itself is great! It makes no noise, was pretty easy to install and throws off a ton of heat. The downside is the seller shipped it in the retail packaging and it was in terrible condition when I received it. I took me over an hour to take it all apart and bend the sheet metal back. I got it to be about 85% which I was okay with since it's going to be in a spare room anyway. the upside is it was delayed considerably so the seller refunded me with no problems.
