I was told by my dr to use this. Its really nice to use in things. You do not taste anything. The only thing in really cold things like ice cream and cold drinks it will gel up, but i just work around it.It has worked for me well. I take it twice a day

Settles the boiler gently
This product does well to keep the intestine bugs happy and doing their work. Works better if you exercise (I walk). A bit pricey but it is ok .I take it with coffee in the morning to get reliable movement schedule. I have lost a couple of pounds by incorporating cooked cabbage with cooked bacon stir fry. Then go for the walk...quickly and be near facilities.
