I’m so pleased with this purchase. My daughter loves it. I leave it in in her room so she can listen to an audio book at bed time and I can still have my phone with me. It’s also a really gorgeous little speaker. I was impressed with the quality and feel of it and the packaging etc. A great brand. Would definitely recommend !

The media could not be loaded. I requested this bluetooth speaker for my son. I received Pepper the Penguin which is really cute. It reminded my son of the movie Happy Feet.The speaker uses bluetooth 5.0 technology which is the latest version of the bluetooth communication standard meaning reduced power usage and longer battery life for the speaker.Pairing is very easy although the speaker can only be paired to one device at a time. It has to be disconnected from the other device before another device can pair. The speaker maybe small but it’s still loud and powerful.I connect this speaker to my son’s tablet when he wants to watch videos. I just adjust the volume because this speaker is powerful and can be too loud for him. It has a build in mic as well which we use when we video call his dad at work.It doesn’t mention in the description that this speaker is waterproof so it is safe to assume that it’s not. I put the speaker away from my son when he is eating or drinking to make sure it won’t get wet or dirty. The penguin (head) can be wiped clean but the speaker which is the belly of the penguin is made of a cloth like material so I am careful for it not to get dirty.Overall, sound quality is good. Speaker is powerful for it’s size. It’s also a good decoration for the room. It would have been better if the speaker is waterproof even just for splashes as toddlers are very prone to spilling their food and drinks.

I was really impressed not only with the quality of the speaker but the sound is amazing as well . I also love the brands eco awareness.

Sound quality is amazing

Neat little wireless bluetooth speaker in an adorable penguin design. I ordered this as a replacement to a mini wired kitsound portable speaker that my children like to use, this is over twice the size in comparison but still quite small and neat, fits in the palm of my hand. The fact that it is completely wireless is a winner to me, making it convenient to use and ideal for travel as well. It does not have an auxillary connection for wired connection.The speaker was ready to use straight out of the box and easily paired via bluetooth to my iphone immediately. There are minimal controls on the speaker itself so you would need to manually shuffle songs or carry out volume control on your device. The power switch can be used to start or stop music. by short press. A long press powers up/down the speaker. The sound quality is pretty good and clear and the highest volume level is quite loud, probably too loud for me and my children so that suits us.Run time is several hours, a full recharge via micro USB is very quick, taking about an hour. It can also be used while it is charging.One thing i don’t like about it is the fabric speaker cover on the front. I can imagine this getting dirty over time and difficult to clean. At the time of ordering this speaker, the price was about £30 which i think is a little high compared to similar products. Other than that, this is a great little speaker, i am happy with it.
