Kassel™ Quartz Pendulum Wall Clock

My moms older clock like this had stopped working. So I bought this hoping it would be the same. It was a little smaller than the last clock but it looks nice on the wall in our living room. I gave it four stars because the chyme sounds a little electronic. We are used to the old bell chyme that comes with a nice clock. This is very nice, just more modernized with a more electric sounding chyme.

This was a gift for mom, she loves it! I on the other hand, only liked it. The quality is better than I expected but there's an issue with the pendulum, it has a small dent in it. I'm afraid to try & pop it out for risk of making it worse. I blame the packaging as the pendulum was bouncing around loose in the clock. Other than that, we're happy with it .

The clock works and is as it is pictured. I do wish, however, that the description would have included that a carbon-zinc battery is recommended. In the reviews that I read, it wasn't mentioned that the chime is Westminster. If I had known that, I would have ordered a different clock. I just didn't put batteries in that part of the clock.

wanted to contact the seller but was unable to do so. This clock chimes very slow. I've tried new batteries to no avail.It keeps correct time but the chime is sluggish.

I like this clock but it is nothing fancy, I would spend more money and buy a nice one instead of this one, its ok, would not buy again. The chime is loud and not comforting at all

For the money it is a great value. I have it over a walnut mirroed valet in the master bedroom. A very elegant touch. Good for a bedroom because it is quiet. Don't want chimes, leave batteries out of top. I am very pleased.

Love, love, love this clock. Make sure you follow the directions on how to initiate the time telling/chiming feature. I'm not one to actually read the directions...unless there is a problem. This clock works fabulously and looks even better and was very reasonably priced.
