Works great. It is very easy to replace the battery and I like how it came with screwdrivers too. The previous battery was dead to the point that my laptop would not work unless plugged in, but after this replacement it gave my laptop a new life.

Bought this battery for my Lenovo laptop, and it lasted 5 months.....this is a waste of money....would never use this company ever again.... horrible.... after being plugged in all night .... unplugged and can not turn on the computer until you plug it back in..... so frustrating..... hate this company

In and of itself, it was fully compatable with my X1 Carbon 7th Gen. I found a Youtube video showing how to change the battery. The only difficulty I had is in snapping the connector to the motherboard. I did not want to apply too much pressure. In the end, I rocked it with mild to moderate pressure and it snapped in place. I have not had it long enough to evaluate batter life. When I installed it, it had an initial charge of 43%. It said to run it down to 3% and recharge to 100% a few times to break it in properly.

I’ll start this review off by saying that I am a skilled repair technician - I may be biased towards the quality of this battery, but I definitely know how to install it and make it work. I installed the battery in my laptop (Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen5) and the machine runs off of the battery, but is not showing its charging percentage. The page says that this battery is compatible with the one that I removed. I tried a few different things to get this to work, but no luck. The battery feels cheaper than the one I removed, it’s missing a metal plate inside or something. The tools included are not sized properly for the screws you are removing, and unnecessary tools are included - this machine doesn’t need a flathead or Torx bit to disassemble. Overall, I’m not satisfied - I will be returning this product.

Battery worked great for about 3 weeks. After that battery doesn’t get a full charge and yes I followed all steps correctly. Battery is not recognized message on screen. I am replacing with Lenovo brand. Something’s you just can’t use generic parts.

Worked ok for 2yrs, not will not take a charge at all. I purchased March 2024 and it was pretty simple to replace. It has worked good for the last 2 years. I should note that I do not use my laptop much and it mostly sits idle since I use a work laptop 95% of the time. Still, I expected to get more than 2 years from this battery. The cost is not so bad, only about $40 US dollars on Amazon, and simple to replace. Today I am purchasing another battery from different vendor, but suppose I will get another battery similar to this one that will last 2yrs.

The battery is as advertised and a good replacement.

i initially bought and installed this battery and did not work so i returned and got a new battery. It seemed to work fine and was good for about 3 weeks but now its not holding the battery and it goes from 100% down to 10% after not even less than 30 minutes unplugged. Im trying to replace but its been little more than 30 days and i dont see option to replace.
