Having had difficult frizzy hair all my life I'd given up with the traditional straighteners and succumbed to tying my hair back all day every day and hated it. Once in a blue moon I'd experience straight smooth hair when spending HOURS at the mirror to have it all undone the second I went outside or even touched my hair, by putting a top over my head when getting dressed. This arrived and I opened it at 3am as soon as I got in from work, I was so excited to see if it was any good. I spent less than 5 minutes sat on the sofa (without a mirror) "having a go" thinking I'd do it properly in the morning. The ease of use is the second point really because the results were incredible! My hair that was dull and permanently looked a mess and sticking out like a ring around my face is now straight, smooth and feels amazing. I've not chosen to wear my hair tied back since I bought this brush, and that is really saying something. Colleagues and friends cannot believe the difference. I can't believe the difference. I actually LOVE my hair! I use this brush every day and it takes about 3 minutes! I have hair well below shoulder length and use the 4th hottest setting. The ONLY negative is sometimes you can turn it off accidently whilst using it as the power button is at the top of the handle but it stays hot for long enough to get my hair finished anyway! I guess there is one more negative, I didn't find it and buy it sooner! You need a mat or holder to stand it on as the sides get too hot to be put on a surface.

I bought a hair straightener brush when they came on the market first and it was working OK, but recently I noticed that the ones on the market now are narrower and easier to work with. My old one was more like a paddle brush and not as easy to use on shorter length hair. This one heats up quickly and is very easy to use. It’s a good product.

Ordered this after seeing an online video review as it looked like a good option for my hair type and I’m always looking to speed up my styling routine! It came with a sturdy UK plug fitted and also has a swivel cord which makes a huge difference to ease of use. I have medium thickness, very wavy, sometimes frizzy hair that is about shoulder length at the moment. The temperature of the brush is as hot as any flat irons I’ve used and I found that heat number 3 was adequate for me ( my hair was flipping hot to touch!). I do agree with the reviews that say it’s easy to accidentally hit the temp controls and that’s definitely something to be careful of. I don’t need my hair to be completely straight so one pass over gave me a good result, and no frizz, as it replicates the method of using a comb and flat iron together The brush can take bigger, thicker sections so I was able to do half head in well under 10mins which is half the time it usually takes! If I just wanted to touch up the lengths of my hair I probably wouldn’t need to section at all! One thing I found made a big difference was holding onto the end of the hair as you run the brush through it. This gives a little bit of tension and keeps the hair flat against the plate. The brush is never going to give you that poker straight look, but for an everyday hair tool it’s really good and I’m not disappointed with it at all. Also this one is half the cost of the other “brand” and looks identical, so I really can’t imagine what else you would get for the extra cost.

The brush is smaller than I expected, yet the "teeth" section that grips your hair is still large enough that it can straighten bigger sections of hair in one pass than my traditional straighteners can! Reading other reviews I thought this brush would be ridiculously heavy and uncomfortable to use but it is not at all. Whilst it's a little heavier than my normal straighteners, it's not cumbersome and the weight adds a quality feel to the product. It heats up quickly and I was able to straighten my long, fine hair on the second heat setting in a couple of minutes on the very first use. Having watched videos of people using this type of styler, I followed their advice and brushed from underneath each section rather than holding the brush over. This allows a little volume to be added and ensured the hair didn't fall out of the teeth. I have not struggled with burning my scalp although I do think it would be possible if you had this on the highest heat setting and were not being careful. As long as my hair is well brushed, this is so quick and easy to use - giving a straight, lasting finish to my hair. I'll be ditching my normal straighteners from now on and sticking with this brush, I love it. The biggest negative for me is the short cable, this makes it a bit tricky to position myself near a mirror, but I'll work around this given how easy and quick the brush is to use. Pros: -Quicker than straighteners - more hair can be straightened in one section and you can run this through in a faster stroke than straighteners due to the way it grips the hair. -Can straighten my hair on a lower temperature than I was able to with a straightener. -Swivel cord for ease of use. -Fast to heat up. -Really easy to use if you place the brush under the hair rather than over as the instructions suggest - it grips my hair so well I don't really need to hold the ends to guide it through (I do when using traditional straighteners). -Comes with two big hair clips and a comb which are all good quality so come in handy for sectioning off your hair. Cons: -Short cable. -Might be tricky to clean if it gets a product buildup in the "teeth". -Location of the power and temperature buttons makes them easy to press when in use.

I love this brush. I have long thick wavy hair, it usually takes me about 30-40 mins to straighten my hair, but this brush cut that time into half I am done with my hair in less than 15 mins and they are super soft and shiny after using it. I have had expensive types of straightener in the past, such as CHI, GHD but this brush is way better than the others and also cheaper. It has different temperature settings so you can choose which one works for you. I would highly recommend this product. After a very long time I found something that works with less time. The only con is that the brush itself gets really hot so you have to make sure you are not touching it while doing your hair.

I absolutely love this straightening brush! I was shocked at how easy and quick it is. I've had it a little over 2 weeks now and haven't used my straightener once! I love that it makes getting all the odd pieces in the back easy. It's heavier than a straightener, but over all I'm very pleased with this purchase! It does pull some hair, but I don't think it's any more than a regular straighten or brush would.

After bleaching my hair and dying it purple, my flat iron was causing excessive breakage on my hair. I bought this as an alternative. Pros: - WAY faster than a flat iron, even on 40% and 60% heat settings. Like half the time. - causes minimal breakage on damaged hair - heats up very quickly - hard to burn yourself as the heated channels are inside the brush; the outside only gets slightly warm - the clips included don’t cause breakage - excellent price, especially for such a sturdy-feeling product with 5 temperature settings Cons: - must use two hands: one to hold the hair in place and one on the brush. Hair must be pushed into brush as it has very small channels. Don’t expect it to be as easy as brushing your hair like I did - it’s a little more work. - no auto shut off feature, as far as I can tell - somewhat difficult to get the strand all the way from the root or straighten small pieces of regrowth. It can be done, but the brush has to be angled a specific way. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and will not be going back to a flat iron. Even if I wasn’t having the breakage issue, the time saved using this product on my very thick hair makes it a superior alternative.

February 11, 2021 I have incredibly hair and can never get my hair very straight let alone have it stay straight throughout a day. Once I got this, straight hair has never been easier! It lasts for days, my hair is soft and not burnt or crisp on the ends. 10/10 for this item!! Price is 10,000% worth it! Updated March 26, 2025 Ladies I have this is thing for years, and it still works. I haven't had to buy a different straightener for 4 years now, before this hair tool i had easily bought 3 straightners in 2020. With the traditional flat iron my hair would end up poofy half way through the day. This brush straightener keeps my hair straight on the days I want it straight. Smaller section brushing gets you almost salon quality straight hair. Still love this product years later, and definitely worth the money I spent on it.

I loved this product when I first got it because it made straightening my morning bedhead hair incredibly easy,m. However, I learned the hard way that you need to use a temperature way lower than you think you need. I never used more than the medium temperature, but I burned small bits of my hair off and I have a couple sections of my head where my hair is only an inch or two long because it broke off from the heat of this product. I would only use low if I ever used it again, but I’m scared that I’ll burn more hair off so I stopped using it.
