This is known as the "dream herb". I stopped dreaming about 2 years ago. I have been using haritaki for about 3 weeks, and whoa, my dreams are back, longer and more intense than years past. Visuals, colors intense.

I have been taking Haritaki capsules for almost couple of months and I just bought/received my 2nd bottle. I started taking Haritaki with other brand but then I switched over to this and this one is my fav! Started taking these 2 capsules at night, an hour after my dinner with warmer water for next 10 days to detox the buildup from my digestive system. The first 3 days were not easy, I had constipation, no energy, and crazy headache but I didn't give up, kept drinking warm water. On the 4th and 5th day, it cleansed my bowel system very well, I couldn't express my feelings how relaxed I felt thereafter. 😀 Haritaki is also brain elixir in Ayurveda, it helps to calmly defense the stress. It cleared my brain fog within a week. After 20 days, I switched from taking at night to early morning on empty stomach. This is when it hit the home run! I feel so much calmer, I don't react to stressful time,..in fact I feel no stress throughout the day. I am more focused and happy in general and my undereye bags and dark circles are diminishing and skin is literally glowing And I have good night sleep which I used to have hard time falling or staying asleep. I breathe soooo much better, I make sure i stand outside for 2-3 mins every couple of hours to deep inhale/exhales, and it's amazing how nicely I breathe now. It's important that you first take these at night time for few days, keep drinking warm or room temperature water throughout the day and then switch it to morning dose on empty stomach! Also, Haritaki has diuretics effect so it's very important you increase your water intake, otherwise you might have reverse effect like prolonged constipation and tiredness. Don't hold up, you'll see thr benefits yourself if you take it religiously and properly!

Haven't been sick and my sleep is very very vivid. Without it my dreams end ,with it my dreams continue on. So vivid i see details of my dream from experiences years ago. I don't remember the dreams days later but on the day i have it. I see everything and i can control everything in the dream. No more being a super hero having flaccid powers. No more pillow punches or i wish my dream finished. You will get the full experience

Guessing individual results are based on each person's biochemistry, but really this changed my ability to sleep correctly in the best type of way. Too many years of disruptions--got used to waking up in the middle of the night. Enter Haritaki before bedtime on an empty stomach (as possible) = Wow. Type of thing I actually worry about being overfarmed...like good Shaljit and fresh, free air. Going to try some other full-spectrum brands for fun. This one is definitely a 10/10.

I like the powder better

I take one a night and it really, really, sends me into a deep sleep. My friend takes two, I tried that and felt like I could have slept for 24 hours, haha, so just one a night keeps me in a deep, dream sleep.
