I ordered two of these. I am extremely impressed with the product. Perfect for home schooling and my 8 year old twins. The only problem is. It comes with Microsoft 360 you can open it and it works. BUT the program "Microsoft office"doesn't open with documents from the internet you have to download. You have to got into the "app store" and download the Microsoft office app. Once I got that straight it's been a breeze.

There’s a defect with it that makes the left side of keyboard lift! It didn’t happen right away but it happened. Very well taken care of and this still happened, I can’t get ahold of seller to help and Amazon won’t help! So it was a waste of money!!!!! Don’t buy it!!!!!

This laptop is great! The size is perfect and it works very well for the price! I was skeptical when I ordered it but very glad I did! Was easy to setup and easy to use!

We just got our laptop yesterday and so far so good! Easy setup and works great for my little sister’s virtual schooling. She uses goggle classroom and we haven’t had any issues. It’s a netbook so it’s the perfect size for a little girl. My sister is 7 and I can see her having it for years to come. The only issue I experienced thus far was trying to setup a user account. It came with an admin account already setup with no password required to use the computer but there is a password needed to edit or add an additional user account. Any suggestions?

For the price I paid, its a 5 star machine. It works great for basic home and school tasks, breezes through all apps without issue. It is lightweight and it is so easy for me to carry it in one hand , It has a long battery life and is an excellent choice to send it with your teenager to school, The only downside is that it has no touch screen,

Muy buen precio calidad

This computer doesnt have enough processing power to enjoy doing much of anything in it. I liked the color and size for my daughter, however nothing would load fast enough or completely.

This will be used in my truck when making service calls.

Not all that powerful a computer. This laptop is effectively a tablet with a keyboard running Windows. Good for browsing the internet, but has a notable heat dissipation issue; bottom gets extremely hot, slowing down the computer.

No sirve de nada, al momento de querer instalar algún procesador de textos el disco duro crashea, hay que reiniciarla, la cámara es una basura, no sirve para nada.
