The 7 day program is a great detox plan that makes you feel energized at the end. Very easy to follow directions and shakes actually taste great. This is a good program to start with then when you feel ready try their 21 day cleanse. Highly recommended.

I have had great results with Standard Process products. SP Detox Balance is an excellent product, I felt terrific after the 10 day program.

I have bought this product several times and it has always tasted great. This time it tastes very bitter and has strange black specks that weren’t in previous bottles. Can’t finish this canister because it tastes so bad.

I was not happy with this program. I did not feel as great as I did during and after their full cleanse program which I love and do every year. These shakes were awful even blended with frozen fruit and coconut milk. I felt bloated and had headaches throughout. I expect headaches for the first few days like the cleanse but these never ended. I believe I gained weight on this even the my goal was not to lose weight but rather to detox my body. My husband did lose weight but he felt so awful he had to stop after five day’s. I would recommend skipping this program and do the cleanse....which is amazing. Wish I passed on this product.
