Bought this to use after knee replacement surgery. I ordered a back-up ice pack so I would always have a frozen one ready to go. Most ice wraps usually only cover the top and sides, this had ice coverage around the entire knee. I used it more than the ice machine that the hospital sent home with me. I highly recommend it. This ice wrap is well made and high quality.

While going to PT for post knee surgery, they’ve used one of these on me. The weight feels great, it easily wraps around my knee and it stays cold. Had to have one for home. Game changer!

Our old one finally needed to be replaced. This on is larger than the old one which we like better, but this one does cover more area so it should be just what the doctor ordered. ( :

I got this to help recover from surgery on my hip, as it is advertised for such. This brand came highly recommended by a PT friend. The ice pack itself is pretty nice--it gets and stays cold and very flexible when cold--but I can't imagine this is useful for anything larger than a thigh unless you want to stay put and hold it in place. It barely gets around my waist, despite the fact that I'm fairly slim, and I'd have to put a lot of pressure on my sensitive hip to get it to stay on.

This ice wrap does wonders for easing the chronic pain in my hip and lower back and the intermittent pain in my knee. Well designed and well constructed. I own two of them.

I bought this for my ankles. This came with ONE sleeve, so I'm not sure why they include 2 ice packs. If you have TWO ankles that need icing, you'll need to put one of the ice packs in a sock and find a way to tie it on. Sometimes it's a little hard to squeeze the ice pack into the sleeve. It wraps securely around my ankle, but I have to wear a thin sock. Even though the instructions say you won't need one if you let the ice pack warm up for 10 minutes, that wasn't the case. It was still too COLD. Maybe on other areas of the body it would be OK.

This is an excellent product! I have bought many ice packs, wraps etc. over the years but this one is the best I have ever found.The gel freezes quickly and when the gel pac is placed in the fabric sleeve and applied to the body, it quickly forms to the area needing relief. I was concerned about the xsmall size label but it fits perfectly around the neck or knee.
