Sturdy yet comfortable.
Heavy duty yet very comfortable to wear overnight. Purchased for pain when moving my wrist. Kept it immobile yet didn't feel confined or uncomfortable. Adjustable straps are sturdy. Great product.

Perfect. I'm so happy Futuro doesn't try to 'improve' these!
So many other companies try to 'improve' their products over time and each version is different. You'll know when Futuro changes it when they change the color. Fortunately this gray colored model is the same exact wrist immobilizer I've been ordering for more a decade or more. Because I love the design and have grow accustomed to it. The only thing they changed was the color of their label that went from silver/gray to yellow. Everything else is the same. Thank you! I use these wrist immobilizers to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome, in which I'm quite prone to get while using a computer with a mouse. They work well with a smaller mouse such as the Logitech Anywhere2 or Logitech G9x laser. I wash them every so often, but eventually they will start to shred apart after years and years of use. You can cut off the shreds, but it gets worn all over and keeps shredding. These gray colored models are much better than the very old beige models of the past, but they're certainly not perfect. For the price and how long they last I have absolutely no complaints! :-)

Comfortable!
Exactly as advertised. The wrist brace is very comfortable, it is adjustable to all hand sizes! On the palm, it has a pad inside the brace which cups the inside of smaller hands great. It has three adjustable straps, two smaller one and one large one in the middle. The wrist stabilizer is comfortable enough to wear all day. This is the only brand I buy because it actually goes far enough on the arm to provide stabilization! The only con is that sometimes the velcro on the straps get stuck to fabric.

Worthy try if you need strong support for all day! UPDATED 2021 to 4 Stars.
Updated 10/2021 A little over two years (Bought 10/20/2019) and today on Halloween the metal splint finally wore through the area of my palm to were it can poke through. Now I do wear this thing for roughly 60% of the day and sometimes while sleeping and about 99% of the days since it was purchased, but the braces I purchased, even with "newer" version lasted longer than this. The comfort and fit is still great after many washings and the velcro straps are still going strong. I had an issue with braces to where I had to find something I could work with but still provide support. I probably went through 10 braces before I found the Mueller one which was close to what I needed. I used the Mueller braces for almost a decade, but their "newer" models lasted half as long as before so I decided to look for new brace and I found this one. Albeit I was super skeptical because I already found something that worked, but this is even better. I can wear it longer and the crazy thing is this feels smaller but offers better support I have better ROM, and it breathes like its not even there. This was all felt on the first day of wearing it so I am going to buy one for my left hand as well!

Comfortable and Supportive
I bought the adjustable size because it was on sale. I have a S/M from a few years back that also fits. I’m so happy with the purchase! its giving me more coverage and not too big at all. Love the support I get from this brace. Sprained my wrist from a fall and this provided immediate pain relief. I don’t think the metal inserts are removable which is disappointing but 100% recommend. Not sure how it’ll hold up over time but it feels sturdy and well made.

For carpal tunnel/extensor tendonitis symptoms
If you are not sure if you have carpal tunnel, there are several good videos on youtube made by doctors, chiros, or physical therapists explaining symptoms and treatments. Do not assume you need surgery. Also, don't hope it just goes away either. Wear this at night and see if it improves. I have such bad pain in my left hand, on the back, from index and middle fingers down the back of my hand. Even though it felt awkward, I wore this brace while sleeping to keep from bending my hand into a harmful position. It was helping, so I started wearing it during the day also. I had to pad certain areas that were rubbing (on the top of my arm where the edge stitching is rubbing and wearing the skin off like a scratch). But I noticed that having it on kept me from doing things that caused pain and because of that it began to heal. Yes, it is awkward. No, you can't do a lot of things with it on. Maybe you shouldn't be doing those things anyway. Or you can take it off and put it back on. It is like a cast. I noticed that resting the hand and not holding my phone tightly in my left hand was helping. I had to limit cell phone use to rest the hand. It is not fun but the pain was very bad and this helped. The pain is not gone, but I live alone and cannot stop doing everything. But it makes me aware of what hurts and what not to do. I highly recommend this brace and don't wait until you are in pain like I did. Powering through and hoping it goes away is a bad idea. The youtube videos have stretching exercises and be sure to try those gently and work your way up to more stretches during the day. If this does not help you, go see a doctor. I have early symptoms in my right hand on top of bad pain in left. So I am wearing two braces at night now. One is easy, two is difficult unless you sleep on your back. They also velcro to my blanket sometimes, but I just deal with it because I have to get better. I was surprised that I have this but do use my phone for hours a day. I can use the computer instead with my right hand and a mouse to rest the left hand. I wonder how many other people have this and don't know. If you think you may have this, try a solution and put that phone down. Good luck. UPDATE: Five stars. I realized that my pain was from extensor tendonitis, which is why my the back of my hand hurt so much. I kept wearing this and resting the hand as much as possible. It took some time, but the pain and swelling improved a little bit each day. It hurt to straighten my fingers or to bend wrist upward or use the hand to grip just about anything. It just needed to be kept in a position where no bending was happening. It really works, it does not need to be super tight. I keep the top part loose so it doesn't dig into my arm. So with patience it is healing. I am able to remove the brace to do gentle finger movements each day and monitor progress. Definitely wear while sleeping. This has exceeded my expectations and I heartily recommend it. Just be sure to measure properly and get the correct size.

Best wrist supports
Excellent wrist support for osteoarthritis/degenerative joint disease. Snug fit. Well made. I use them daily. They wear out after a few years but I buy the same item to replace them.

Great wrist Splint!
I recently bought two of the Futuro wrist Stablizers. I am showing signs of CTS and I was having a hard time finding a wrist brace that was comfortable, sturdy, and effective. I am very pleased with how well these braces are. I especially like the length of them, allowing to make lesser movements with my wrist, the 3 straps that hold it well in place, and especially how the metal strip is bendable to adjust to your palm (which also has very soft padding along the area where your palm is for extra comfort) there's only one minor detail that I slightly dislike...and that's that the thicker strap that's in the middle, has a very good grip, which makes it somewhat difficult to detach. But that's not too bad I highly recommend these. I wear them constantly and feel instant relief once I put them on. For sizing: I recommend trying them on in store before ordering from Amazon. I think I ordered the Large/Xlarge, when I might have a tighter fit with a Small/Medium. But I still get great relief.
