Good range. Replaceable headset battery.
Best headset I've used with my laptop. Very good range. My experience has been mostly in a work from home situation. This is the second headset I've acquired. Replaced the battery (purchased through Amazon) in the first headset.

Use this if you don't want to be tied to your desk
The audio output from these is nothing to write home about. The best I can say about it is that human speech is perfectly clear, if a bit low quality. Don't even bother trying to listen to music or play competitive games with them. The microphone is something else though. My coworkers can hear me perfectly clearly, and any noise or conversation in the background may as well not exist. Furthermore, these have outstanding range. I can go anywhere in my (admittedly small) house and the conversation is totally unaffected. I can connect to a call on my computer upstairs, and then walk downstairs to loudly do dishes, and no one can tell the difference. Since the product page was a bit unclear to me I am going to explain the interface a bit. This is a DECT headset, which basically means that it pairs to a special base station rather than using Bluetooth. You then plug the base station into a computer via a USB 2.0 type A cable. It's as simple as that. It even handles KVM switching fairly painlessly (you have to click the button on the ear every time you switch, but that's all).

Awful customer support and no bluetooth connectivity
Can't even connect via bluetooth which is all we needed. Have spent over 30 minutes trying to contact customer support, given 5 different phone numbers to call. Finally got to what I was told is the correct department only to get a recording saying I'm calling outside of business hours which are 8am-5pm. It's 12pm my time, so that is complete BS. For some reason these are not returnable due to hazardous transportation? Huge waste of time & money.

High quality headset
I ordered a couple of sets of these for two of the girls I work with. I haven't actually used them myself, but based on the feedback I received from them, and more importantly the feedback I did NOT receive, I would say that they work great!

The best headset available - Perfect for remote work
This is my second pair for my other offsite work location. Connection maintained wherever I walk on my property. Great long distance transmission. Noise reduction in mic so listeners get minimal background noise if I'm doing other stuff or there's something going on in the background during my calls. My listeners say the sound quality is perfect. Hooking it up is easy. Using it is simple. Even listening to music is pleasant through this headset. A colleague has the one-ear version 'cos he has to listen for the kids but I like to be all in - both ears!

A quite good headset if you don't mind being somewhat tethered
The goods: The microphone on this is quite good. Noise cancellation is very good. I tested it by recording myself in a meeting and deliberately playing my ringtone and text notification tones while talking. In the recording, these sounds were cancelled out 100%. That is not a hyperbole. The microphone itself is actually quite good and represents the voice well. Compared to cheaper headsets that often cut highs or make you sound muddier than in real life, the spectrum on this is pretty even. The actual headphones, though are pretty cheap and the sound that comes out is a bit thin and though it represents other voices pretty well, you won't be listening to music in these. The build quality is so-so. I like that the microphone arm has a good amount of tension to raising it up and down. The mic is in a good position away from my mouth. And it's pretty light-weight with good plastics. The cushions at the top are kind of thin and in general I think I wouldn't mind a thicker headset so that the pressure is more evenly distributed. That said, the earmuff parts are a little thin and feel a bit "dated" even though old headphones can be made to be quite well... My real grip is that the system feels VERY dated. Most modern headsets are either bluetooth or USB-enabled. Being tethered to a DECT system feels very, early 2000s and limiting in today's world. For the 30% or so of time I spend working from other areas in my home, or at work, I'm pretty limited with this headset. I HAVE to be at my desk which is annoying. The other grip is the price tag. The listing price for this is 200+ USD. That is INSANE for the build quality.

Works great, as long as you don't need it to be able to connect to any web conference.
Nice headset that finally has range except 9 out of 10 times to join a web conference via Teams, Zoom, or Webex it fails to pick up the call onto the headset. Doesn't matter what buttons you push on the headset or base, what browser or application you try to switch to, it just simply doesn't pick up. I'll switch to my airpods temporarily and be able to join the call and only once I've connected to audio with something else does the headset allow me to connect to it. Conveniently, I've just passed the 90 day return window so it's $300+ straight to the trash.

Headset performs as expected.
The range on this headset is very good. The headset is very comfortable. I separately purchased a $82 cable to go between the base station and my cell phone so that I can also use this headset with my cell phone. That works very well. I much prefer this to a tethered headset. All of my conversation partners say that sound quality is good. The base station has a loud sound automatic sound dampening feature for hearing protection. This headset is only recommended by the manufacturer for call center use. My only issue is that the sound dampening feature is not able to be toggled on or off. As a result, this headset is completely useless for listening to music on your PC in between calls. The music is all dampened and muffled. Call quality is very good though. I just end up toggling between my desk speakers and the headset all the time. The battery life is good and the unit is very intuitive and user friendly.

It was hard to find a headset that would work with a legacy system. This is perfect. Sound quality is great. Took some tinkering to get it to work but that was due to the complex phone system we have. Highly recommend.
